شناسایی و تحلیل ساختاری پیشران های موثر بر آینده نظام آموزش دانشگاهی در فضای انقلاب صنعتی چهارم

انقلاب صنعتی چهارم شرایط جوامع، سازمان‏ها و نهادهایی مانند دانشگاه را با تحولات بنیادینی روبرو نموده است و برای دانشگاه‏ها ضرورت دارد با رویکرد ناشی از مبانی نظری آن آینده‏نگری نمایند. بر این اساس، هدف از این پژوهش، شناسایی و تحلیل ساختاری پیشران‏های موثر بر آینده‏ نظام آموزش دانشگاهی ایران در فضای انقلاب صنعتی چهارم است. پژوهش ازنظر هدف، توسعه‏ای-کاربردی و ازلحاظ ماهیت، توصیفی-اکتشافی است که از مدل‏ آمیخته (کیفی-کمی) برای جمع‏آوری داده‏ها استفاده گردید. پس از طی مراحل انتخاب جامعه و نمونه آماری تعداد 59 سند علمی و 8 نفر خبره به‌عنوان نمونه تحقیق انتخاب شد. در تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‏ها، برای شناسایی پیشران‏ها از ابزار داده‏کاوی و برای تحلیل ساختاری پیشران‏های شناسایی‌شده از تکنیک دلفی و نرم‏افزار میک‏مک استفاده گردید. در مرحله اول یافته‏ها، تعداد 9 پیشران شناسایی گردید و در مرحله دوم نیز، نتایج تحلیل ساختاری نشان از 2 پیشران تاثیرگذار، 3 پیشران دووجهی، 3 پیشران وابسته و 1 پیشران قابل‌حذف داد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد، متغیرهای «آموزش و یادگیری شخصی‌سازی‌شده»، «کلان‏داده»، «رویکرد آموزشی موک‏» و «ادغام دانش و مهارت» به‌عنوان عوامل کلیدی و شکل‏دهنده به آینده نظام آموزش دانشگاهی ایران هستند. انتظار می‏رود نتایج این پژوهش در ارائه تفسیری ساختارمند و سیستمی از متغیرهای اصلی اثرگذار بر آینده نظام آموزش دانشگاهی ایران و روابط بین آن‏ها گام اثربخشی باشد.

identification and structural analysis of drivers affecting the future of university education system in the atmosphere of the fourth industrial revolution

in the atmosphere of the fourth industrial revolution the fourth industrial revolution has faced fundamental changes in the conditions of societies, organizations and institutions such as universities, and universities need to examine the theoretical foundations in the future. based on this, the purpose of this research is to identify and structurally analyze the drivers affecting the future of iran’s university education system in the environment of the fourth industrial revolution. the research is developmental-applicative in terms of its purpose and descriptive-exploratory in terms of its nature, and a mixed model (qualitative-quantitative) was used to collect data. after selecting the population and statistical sample, 59 scientific documents and 8 experts were selected as the research sample. in data analysis, data mining tools were used to identify drivers and delphi technique and micmac software were used for structural analysis of identified drivers. in the first stage of the findings, 9 drivers were identified, and in the second stage, the structural analysis results showed 2 influential drivers, 3 two-way drivers, 3 dependent drivers and 1 removable driver. the results of the research showed that the variables of &personalized teaching and learning&, &big data&, &educational approach of mooc& and &integration of knowledge and skills& are key factors shaping the future of iran’s university education system. it is expected that the results of this research will be an effective step in providing a structured and systematic interpretation of the main variables affecting the future of iran’s university education system and the relationships between them.
