برنامه درسی ارتباط‌ساز بستری ‌نو در اقلیم آموزش عالی؛ اهداف و راهبردها

کارکرد آموزش در انتقال دانش و کارکرد پژوهش در تولید و گسترش دانش، آموزش عالی را در دستیابی به اهداف یاری می‌رسانند و برنامه درسی مهمترین عنصر تاثیرگذار بر این کارکردها به شمار می‌رود. از اینرو هدف این پژوهش تبیین اهداف و راهبردهای برنامه درسی ارتباط‌ساز به‌عنوان بستری‌نو در اقلیم آموزش عالی بوده است. طرح پژوهش از نوع کیفی و با روش داده ‌بنیاد با جامعه آماری شامل متخصصان و صاحب‌نظران کلیدی برنامه‌ درسی آموزش عالی دانشگاه‌های شهید بهشتی، علامه طباطبایی، امیرکبیر و الزهرا بوده‌ که 13 نفر از آنها بر اساس اصل اشباع نظری با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده و در سال 1401 به اجرا در آمده است. جهت گردآوری داده‌ها از مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته استفاده و سپس داده‌های جمع‌آوری ‌شده با استفاده از رویکرد گلیزری و مقایسۀ مستمر در فرایند کدگذاری باز، انتخابی و نظری مورد تجزیه ‌و تحلیل قرار گرفته و نتایج آن به ظهور اهداف و راهبردهای برنامه با 14 مقوله اصلی، 40 مقوله فرعی و110 مفهوم، پیرامون مقوله‌محوری با عنوان پیوند آموزش و پژوهش منجر شده است. یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که اهداف برنامه درسی ارتباط‌ساز چشم‌اندازی خواهد بود تا این نوع از برنامه‌ درسی با ایجاد پیوند بین آموزش و پژوهش و با عنایت به راهبردهای استخراج شده، در جهت نائل شدن به اهداف حرکت کند. نتیجه پژوهش نشان داد که ارتباط بین آموزش و پژوهش در برنامه درسی ارتباط‌ساز در نهایت به بالندگی دانشگاه، توسعه‌یافتگی کشور در ابعاد مختلف و تولید علم راه‌حل‌گرا منجر خواهد شد.

a new context connected curriculum in higher education climate; aims and strategies

education plays a critical role in transferring knowledge, and research plays a key role in producing and expanding knowledge. as one of the most important influences on these functions, the curriculum plays a significant role. the purpose of this study is to explain the goals and strategies of connected curriculum in higher education as a new concept. a qualitative and data-driven approach was used in this paper. this study included a statistical population of experts and key specialists from shahid beheshti, allameh tabatabaei, amir kabir and al zahra universities, of whom 13 were chosen to be a sample using a purposeful sampling method according to the theoretical saturation principle and it was implemented in 1401. in order to collect data, a semi-structured interview was conducted. in the process of open, selective and theoretical coding, glazer’s approach and continuous comparison were used to analyze the collected data, and the results indicated the formation of 14 main categories, 40 subcategories and 110 concepts, centered on the central category of education and research links. based on the findings, the communicative curriculum is a means to achieve the objectives by linking education and research and taking into account strategies extracted. based on the results of the research, it was found that the combination of education and research in the connected curriculum would eventually lead to the development of the university and the nation in several dimensions.
