بررسی راهکارهای افزایش احساس تعلق اجتماعی و انگیزه یادگیری دانش آموزان مقطع ابتدایی در آموزش مجازی ازدیدگاه معلمان: یک مطالعه کیفی

هدف پژوهش حاضر شناخت دیدگاه معلمان در خصوص راهکارهای ایجاد احساس تعلق اجتماعی و انگیزه یادگیری در دانش آموزان در آموزش مجازی بود. پژوهش در رویکرد کیفی با روش تحلیل محتوای مضامین انجام گرفت. مشارکت کنندگان پژوهش(16 نفر) با رویکرد نمونه گیری هدفمند با در نظر گرفتن معیار اشباع نظری، انتخاب شدند. روش گردآوری داده ها، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بود. درارتباط با احساس تعلق اجتماعی، برمبنای تحلیل های انجام شده، یک مضمون فراگیر با عنوان پیوند اجتماعی؛ 3مضمون سازمان دهنده شامل ( تقویت روابط اجتماعی، روابط دوستانه و انجام فعالیت های جمعی) و 14 مضمون پایه(افزایش نقش معلم بعنوان میانجی گری بین دانش آموزان، گفتگوی سازنده در قالب گروه های مشترک و .....) شناسایی گردید. همچنین در خصوص مفهوم انگیزه یادگیری نیز نتایج تحلیل ها حاکی از یک مضمون فراگیر( بهبود عوامل مدرسه ای و بهبود عوامل خانوادگی) ؛6 مضمون سازمان دهنده(ارتقاء امکانات و زیر ساخت های آموزش مجازی، ارتقاء شایستگی ها و توانمندی های معلمان، تقویت تعاملات اجتماعی، ارتقاء دانش تعلیم و تربیتی، نظارت و پیگیری، بهبود سواد دیجیتالی والدین) و 24 مضامین پایه(ارتقاء امکان استفاده از اینترنت، عدالت در بهره مندی از سرعت نت و...) بود.درنهایت یافته ها نشان داد عدم توجه به راهکارهای افزایش احساس تعلق و انگیزش، موجب عدم تاثیر آموزش مجازی می شود.

the study of strategies to increase the sense of social belonging and learning motivation of students in virtual education from the perspective of teachers: a qualitative study

the main purpose of this paper is to identify teachers’ views on strategies to maintain a sense of community and learning motivation. in the present research method, qualitative content analysis has been used. the research participants were selected by purposive sampling approach data collection method was semi structured interview content analysis method was used to analyze the data. in this regard, based on the topics obtained from teachers ’interviews on ways to maintain a sense of community in virtual education, teachers’ views on a key component, improving social ties and three organizational components (strengthening social relationships, friendly relations and activities and 14 basic topics (increasing the role of the teacher as a mediator between students, constructive dialogue in the form of joint groups, timely and appropriate feedback, the possibility of making video calls, creating respect and value for students’ personalities, encourage students to be friends, forming groups for joint activities, mind and group games, exams and evaluations by students themselves, building trust between students, creating competition, creating responsibility and commitment to each other, reading books and stories.) were also summarized. also, teachers’ views on motivation strategies learning about 2 comprehensive components, improving school factors and improving family factors and 6 organizing components (upgrading virtual education facilities and infrastructures, upgrading teachers’ competencies and capabilities, strengthening social interactions, upgrading educational knowledge, monitoring and follow up , improving the digital literacy of parents) and 24 basic themes
