مدلی برای رتبه ‏بندی گروه‌های آموزشی در دانشگاه‌های ایران

تعیین جایگاه و اهمیت گروه‌های آموزشی در ساختار عملیاتی دانشگاه و نقش به سزای آن در ارتقای کیفیت فعالیت‌های آموزشی و پژوهشی دانشکده‌های یک دانشگاه، یکی از مسائل مهم برای دانشگاه‌ها بوده است. برخی دانشگاه‌ها مدل‌های ساده‌ای برای رتبه‏بندی گروه‌های آموزشی ارائه کرده‌اند، اما هنوز نظام منسجم و کاملی برای رتبه‏بندی گروه‌های آموزشی در دانشگاه‌ها وجود ندارد. هدف اصلی این تحقیق ارائه مدل مناسبی جهت رتبه‏بندی گروه‌های آموزشی در دانشگاه‌ها و مراکز آموزش عالی در سطح کشور بود. در این پژوهش کیفی روش‌های تحلیل محتوای کیفی و مصاحبه نیمه‏ساختاریافته مورداستفاده قرار گرفت. تحلیل محتوای کیفی به شیوه استقرایی انجام شد و مصاحبه نیمه‏ساختاریافته پیرامون موضوع و نحوه امتیازدهی و رتبه‏بندی طبقه‌ها و زیر طبقه‌ها با مشارکت‏کنندگان پژوهش صورت گرفت. برای تحلیل داده‌های حاصل از مصاحبه نیمه‏ساختاریافته، از روش تحلیل تفسیری استفاده شد و درنهایت مولفه‌های مدل و امتیازهای آن‌ها استخراج گردید. رسالت، اهداف و جایگاه سازمانی؛ دوره‌های آموزشی و برنامه‌های درسی و غیردرسی؛ هیئت‏علمی؛ دانشجویان؛ راهبردهای یادگیری/یاددهی؛ امکانات و تجهیزات آموزشی؛ پایان‏نامه‌ها و رساله‌ها، سمینارها، قراردادهای پژوهشی و کرسی‌ها و دانش‏آموختگان مولفه‌های مدل رتبه‏بندی گروه‌های آموزشی در دانشگاه‌ها و مراکز آموزش عالی ایران بودند. نتایج حاصل از این مدل رتبه‏بندی، می‌تواند برای همه گروه‌های آموزشی و رشته‌های تحصیلی مورداستفاده قرار گیرد. هم‏چنین تدوین این مدل در قالب یک سیستم مکانیزه برای استفاده‌های مختلف نظیر مقایسه گروه‌های علمی در دانشگاه‌ها و سطح‏بندی دانشکده‌ها نیز مفید خواهد بود.

a model for ranking scientific groups in iranian universities

determining the position and importance of scientific groups in the operational structure of the university and its important role in improving the quality of educational and research activities of the university’s affiliated faculties is one of the important issues for universities. some universities have provided simple models for classifying scientific group, but there is still no coherent and complete system for ranking scientific groups in universities. the main purpose of this study was to provide a suitable model for ranking scientific groups in universities and higher education centers in the country. in this qualitative research, the methods of qualitative content analysis and semi-structured interviews were used. qualitative content analysis was done inductively and semi-structured interviews were conducted with research participants on the topic and how to rate and rank categories and subcategories. to analyze the data obtained from semi-structured interviews, interpretive analysis method was used and finally the components of the model and their scores were extracted. mission, goals, organizational position; training courses and curricula and non-curricula; science committee; students; learning / teaching strategies; educational facilities and equipment; theses and dissertations, seminars, research contracts of chairs and graduates were components of the ranking model of scientific group in iranian universities and higher education centers.the results of this ranking model can be used for all scientific groups and fields of study. it will also be useful to develop this model in the form of a mechanized system for different uses such as comparing academic departments in universities and leveling faculties.
