شناسایی نقش دانشگاه در ایجاد اکوسیستم نوآوری

تحقیق حاضر با هدف شناسایی نقش های دانشگاه در ایجاد اکوسیستم نوآوری درسال 97-96 انجام شد. روش پژوهش، آمیخته اکتشافی از نوع ساخت ابزار بود. در بخش کیفی، جامعه آماری متخصصان حوزه های دانشگاه، صنعت و دولت بودند. مشارکت کنندگان برابر20 نفر با نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب گردیدند. در بخش کمی، جامعه آماری 440 نفر از مدیران میانی و اجرایی چهار حوزه دانشگاه، صنعت، دولت و نهادهای واسط بودند که با نمونه گیری طبقه ای به صورت تصادفی انتخاب گردیدند. حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 205 نفر بود. داده‌های بخش کیفی با روش مصاحبه نیمه‌ ساختار یافته و بخش کمی با پرسشنامه محقق ساخته جمع آوری شد. داده ‌های کیفی با روش تحلیل مضمون و کمی با روش حداقل مربعات جزئی تحلیل گردید یافته‌ها نشان داد نقش‌های دانشگاه در ایجاد کوسیستم دانشگاه، صنعت، دولت؛ آموزشی، پژوهشی، خدمات اجتماعی هر یک با کارکرد خود هستند. این عوامل مجموعاً حدود 90 درصد تغییرات اکوسیستم دانشگاه، صنعت، دولت را تبیین نمودند. شاخص پیش‌بینی‌کنندگی‌(0.64) حاکی است نقش‌های دانشگاه از قدرت پیش‌بینی کنندگی بالایی در ایجاد اکوسیستم برخوردارند.

identification of the role of the university in creating innovation ecosystem

the purpose of this study was to identify the role of the university in the creation of university, industry, and government ecosystem in order to develop innovation. the research method was mixed. in the qualitative section, the statistical population consisted of experts in the fields of academia, industry, and government. participants were selected by purposive sampling from 20 participants. in the quantitative section, the population consisted of 440 individuals who were among the middle and executive managers of four domains of university, industry, government, and intermediary institutions that were selected by stratified random sampling method. the sample size was 205 using the cochran formula. data were collected in the qualitative section by semi-structured interview method and in the quantitative section by a researcher-made questionnaire. the thematic analysis method was used for qualitative data analysis and partial least squares method was used for quantitative data analysis. the results showed that the roles of government in the ecosystem of university, industry, government are three teaching, research, social services roles. these factors explained about 90 percent of the changes in the innovation ecosystem.
