نقش رفتار مدنی تحصیلی در خوش‏بینی تحصیلی دانشجویان: آزمون نقش هوش اخلاقی

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر رفتار مدنی تحصیلی در خوش‏بینی تحصیلی با میانجیگری هوش اخلاقی در بین دانشجویان کارشناسی دانشگاه بوعلی سینا بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع مطالعات همبستگی و مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجویان دوره کارشناسی به حجم 8000 نفر بود که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و به روش نمونه‏گیری تصادفی ساده تعداد 367 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‏های پژوهش سه پرسشنامه رفتار مدنی تحصیلی از گل‏پرور (1389)، هوش اخلاقی از لینک وکیل (2008) و پرسشنامه خوش‏بینی تحصیلی از اسچننموران و همکاران (2013) بود. روایی پرسشنامه‏ها با استفاده از روایی محتوایی و صوری مورد تایید قرار گرفت. پایایی آن نیز از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 77/0، 89/0 و 93/0 به دست آمد. جهت تجزیه‏وتحلیل داده‏ها علاوه بر آماره توصیفی از تکنیک‏های آماری همچون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل مسیر تائیدی و مدل معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد متغیر رفتار مدنی تحصیلی دارای اثر مستقیم مثبت (55/0)، اثر غیرمستقیم مثبت (126/0) و اثر کل مثبت (67/0) و معنادار بر متغیر خوش‏بینی تحصیلی در سطح 05/0 است. هوش اخلاقی دارای اثر مستقیم مثبت (23/0) و اثر کل مثبت (23/0) و رابطه معنادار با متغیر خوش‏بینی تحصیلی در سطح 05/0 دارد. همچنین متغیرهای رفتار مدنی تحصیلی و هوش اخلاقی پژوهش قادر به تبیین 44% واریانس متغیر خوش‏بینی تحصیلی می‏باشند؛ و این بدین معنی است که بین رفتار مدنی تحصیلی و هوش اخلاقی با خوش‏بینی تحصیلی همبستگی وجود دارد و در حقیقت نتیجة کلی این است که رفتار مدنی تحصیلی و هوش اخلاقی اثر مثبت، مستقیم و معنادار بر خوش‏بینی تحصیلی دارند، لذا بر این اساس دانشگاه باید فرصت‏های بسترساز رفتار مدنی تحصیلی و کمک به استفاده حداکثری از هوش اخلاقی را برای کلیه دانشجویان فراهم نمایند.

The Role of Education Civic Behavior in Student Academic Optimism: Testing the Role of Moral Intelligence

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of academic civic behavior on academic optimism with the mediation of moral intelligence among all of the undergraduate students of Bu Ali Sina University.The statistical population included all undergraduate students of 8000 people who were selected by Georgian and Morgan table and 367 people were selected by simple random sampling method.The research method was descriptive of correlational studies and structural equation modeling.A questionnaire was used to collect data which included the Civic Academic Behavior Questionnaire by Golparvar (2010), the Moral Intelligence by Lennick Kiel (2008) and the Academic Optimism Schannenmoran et al(2013).Confirmed validity and reliability were also calculated with Cronbach’s alpha Which was obtained 0.77, 0.89 and 0.93, respectively.In addition to descriptive statistics, statistical techniques such as Pearson correlation coefficient, confirmation path analysis and structural equation modeling using SPSS v. Statistical software were used to analyze the data. 25 and LISREL8.8.The results showed,the variable of civic behavioreducation has a positive direct effect(0/55),Positive indirect effect (0/126) and the totally positive effect (0/67) and it has a significant effect on the educational optimism variable at the level of 0/05.Moral intelligence has a direct positive effect (0/23) and the totally positive effect (0/23) and meaningful relationship on the academic Optimism variable at the level of 0/05.Also, the variables of educational civic behavior and moral intelligence are able to explain 44% of the variance of academic optimism.The overall result was that,the research model was valid and all research hypotheses have been confirmed.
