طراحی الگویی جهت ارزیابی کیفیت مبتنی بر توسعه کارآفرینی دانشگاهی

هدف این پژوهش طراحی الگویی جهت ارزیابی کیفیت مبتنی بر توسعه‏ی کارآفرینی دانشگاهی بود. برای انجام این پژوهش از روش آمیخته (کیفی/نظریه برخاسته از داده‏ها «داده بنیاد» و کمی/توصیفی همبستگی) استفاده شد. جامعه آماری بخش کیفی شامل 12 نفر از خبرگان حوزه‏ کارآفرینی بودند که با روش گلوله برفی انتخاب و با ابزار مصاحبه‏ی عمیق تا رسیدن به حد اشباع نظری در گردآوری داده‏ها مشارکت داشتند. جامعه‏ی آماری بخش کمی شامل اساتید و صاحب‏نظران حوزه کارآفرینی در دانشگاه‏های دولتی شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 971396 بودند که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران نمونه آماری مشخص و 113 پرسشنامه‏ی محقق‏ساخته جهت گردآوری داده‏ها، توزیع گردید. روایی و پایایی پژوهش در بخش کمی و کیفی مورد تایید قرار گرفت. برای تحلیل داده‏های بخش کیفی از روش کدگذاری (کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی)؛ و در بخش کمی از روش معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد؛ ارزیابی کیفیت در دانشگاه‏ها می‏تواند در دودسته عوامل درونی شامل (محتوای آموزشی، رهبری کارآفرینانه، منابع انسانی، عدالت آموزشی، کیفیت ارزشیابی، بازخورد از عملکرد، کیفیت فناوری اطلاعات، کیفیت فضای کالبدی) و عوامل بیرونی شامل (عوامل اقتصادی، عوامل اجتماعی، عوامل فرهنگی، عوامل جغرافیایی) موردبررسی قرار گرفته و تاثیرگذار باشد. همچنین ارزیابی کیفیت دانشگاه‏ها در راستای توسعه‏ی کارآفرینی دانشگاهی پیامدهایی چون (تجاری‏سازی، پاسخگویی، توسعه‏ی مهارت‏های کارآفرینانه، خلق ارزش و توسعه‏ی اقتصادی) به همراه دارد.

Designing a Quality Assessment Model with Academic Entrepreneurship Development Approach

This study aims at designing a quality assessment model with academic entrepreneurship development approach.The mixed method (qualitative/descriptive Grounded Theory and quantitative / descriptivecorrelational) is used to do this research. Its statistical population in qualitative section included 12 experts in entrepreneurship field selected by snowball method and they participated in data collection by deep interviewing tool until reaching the theoretical saturation level. The statistical society in its quantitative part includes professors and experts in entrepreneurship field at public universities of Tehran in academic year of 201718. The statistical sample is determined using Cochran formula, and 113 researchermade questionnaires are distributed to collect data. The research validity and reliability in quantitative and qualitative sections are confirmed. To analyze data, coding method (open, axial, and selective coders) is used in qualitative, and the structural equation method in quantitative section. The research results reveal that quality assessment in universities may be investigated in two categories of internal factors(educational content, entrepreneurial leadership, human resources, educational justice, quality of evaluation, performance feedback, quality of information technology, quality of physical space) and external factors(Economic factors, social factors, cultural factors, geographical factors) to be examined and influenced.Furthermore, the quality assessment of universities for the academic entrepreneurship development have implications (commercialization, accountability, entrepreneurial skills development, value creation, and economic development).
