الگوی راهبردهای سه‌گانه بین‌المللی‌شدن دانشگاه‌های منتخب دولتی ایران

هدف از مطالعه حاضر، تدوین الگوی راهبردهای سه‏گانه بین‏المللی‏شدن دانشگاه‏های منتخب دولتی ایران بوده است. این مطالعه از نوع پژوهش‏های کیفی بوده که با استفاده از رویکرد نظریه‏پردازی داده‏بنیاد انجام شده است. در این راستا، پدیده محوری مطالعه فوق، عبارت از بین‏المللی‏شدن در راستای ماموریت‏گرایی دانشگاه‏های دولتی کشور، تعریف شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش مشتمل بر مدیران و صاحب‏نظران 16 دانشگاه دولتی منتخب کشور بوده، بنابراین تعداد مشارکت‏کنندگان با بهره‏گیری از روش نمونه‏گیری هدفمند، شامل 82 نفر بوده است که با استفاده از روش مصاحبه نیمه‏ساختمند در پژوهش مشارکت داشته‏اند. اعتبار و روایی داده‏های این پژوهش، با بهره‏گیری از دو روش بازبینی مشارکت‏کنندگان و مرور خبرگان، موردبررسی قرار گرفته است. راهبردهای پژوهش متناسب با کارکردهای سه‏گانه دانشگاه در حوزه‏های آموزش، پژوهش و خدمات هرکدام با ده مولفه فرعی، به ترتیب با 140، 75 و 120 کد‏باز شناسایی و تحلیل شده است. نتیجه نهایی آن‏که تحقق فرایند بین‏المللی شدن در دانشگاه‏های دولتی کشور، نیازمند برنامه‏ریزی و اقدامات مقتضی و هم‏زمان در هر سه حوزه آموزش، پژوهش و خدمات، از طریق بذل‏توجه کافی نسبت به آن، در مسیر ماموریت‏گرایی دانشگاه‏های فوق است.

Designing the Triple Strategies for Internationalization of Selected Iranian Public Universities

The purpose of the present study was to develop a model of the three strategies of internationalization of selected public universities in Iran. This study is a qualitative research that has been carried out using data base theory theory. In this regard, the central phenomenon of the above study is defined as internationalization in line with the mission of state universities in the country. The statistical population of this study consisted of managers and experts of 16 selected public universities of the country including: Tehran, Shahid Beheshti, Tarbiat Modarres, Kharazmi, Amir Kabir, Sharif Sanat, Science and Technology, Allameh Tabatabai, Khajeh Nasir, AlZahra, Ferdowsi Mashhad, Shiraz, Isfahan, Tabriz, Isfahan Industrial and Zanjan basic sciences, and the number of participants using purposeful sampling method was 82 people. The validity and reliability of the data were investigated using two methods of participant review and expert review. Research strategies have been identified and analyzed in accordance with the three functions of the university in the fields of education, research and services, each with ten components, with 140, 75 and 120 open codes, respectively. The end result is that internationalization of public universities in the country requires proper planning and simultaneous actions in all three areas of education, research and services through sufficient attention given to the mission orientation of the above universities.
