شناسایی عوامل موثر برکاهش کارآموزان آموزشگاه های فنی و حرفه ای آزاد

این مقاله با هدف شناسایی علل کاهش کارآموزان آموزشگاه های فنی و حرفه ای آزاد انجام شده است. با توجه به هدف، روش پژوهش آمیخته اکتشافی، به‌عنوان روش مناسب پژوهش انتخاب شد. روش پژوهش شامل دو مرحله کیفی و کمّی بود. در مرحله کیفی با استفاده از تحلیل مضمون و انجام مصاحبه های هدفمند و عمیق با 20 نفر از خبرگان آموزش های فنی و حرفه‌ای، داده ها گردآوری شد. سپس با کدگذاری اولیه و تعریف مضمون های فرعی و اصلی، عوامل موثر بر کاهش کارآموزان در آموزشگاه های فنی و حرفه ای آزاد شناسایی گردیدند. در مرحله کمّی بر اساس نتایج مصاحبه های مرحله اول، پرسشنامه ای تنظیم شد. نمونه آماری در این مرحله 270 نفر از مدیران و موسسان آموزشگاه های آزاد فنی و حرفه ای استان آذربایجان شرقی بودند. داده‏های گردآوری‌شده از طریق پرسشنامه با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی دسته بندی شد. بدین‌صورت عوامل موثر بر کاهش کارآموزان، مورد شناسایی مجدد قرار گرفت. نتایج تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی هم‌راستا با نتایج به دست آمده از تحلیل مضمون بود. نتایج هر دو روش کیفی و کمّی نشان داد عوامل آموزشگاهی (منابع فیزیکی، منابع انسانی و مالی، برنامه های آموزشی و بازاریابی آموزشی)، عوامل سازمانی (محتوا، خط مشی، پشتیبانی و ارزشیابی) و عوامل محیطی (رقبا، بازار کار، فرهنگ جامعه، قوانین و سیاست‌های دولت) سه عامل مهم کاهش کارآموزان آموزشگاه های فنی و حرفه‌ای آزاد هستند.

Identifying the Effective Factors on Trainees Reduction of Private Vocational and Technical Institutes

This article is intended to identify the causes of the trainee’s reduction in private vocational and technical institutes. According to the purpose, an exploratory mixed research method was selected as the appropriate method of research. The research method consists of two qualitative and quantitative steps. In the qualitative stage, the data were collected using thematic analysis and conducting targeted and indepth interviews with 20 experts in technical and vocational education. Then, with the initial coding and the definition of the main and subthemes, Factors affecting the reduction of trainees in private technical and vocational institutes were identified. In the quantitative stage, a questionnaire was set up based on the results of the first stage interviews. The statistical sample at this stage was 270 managers and founders of private technical and vocational institutes in East Azarbaijan province. Data was collected through a questionnaire categorized using exploratory factor analysis. That way, the effective factors on the reduction of trainees were reidentified. The results of exploratory factor analysis were in line with the results of Thematic Analysis. The results of both qualitative and quantitative methods indicate that institute factors (physical resources, human and finance resources, educational programs and educational marketing), organizational factors (content, policy, support, evaluation) and environmental factors (competitors, labor market, community culture, laws and government policies) are three major factors affecting the reduction of trainees in private technical and vocational institutes.
