بررسی میزان تاثیر مهاجرت بر وقوع قتل عمد در مناطق حاشیه نشین استان تهران

زمینه و هدف: یکی از عوامل مهم و تاثیرگذار بر وقوع قتل عمد در مناطق حاشیه‌نشین، مهاجرت است. بنابراین، در این تحقیق سعی شده میزان تاثیر مهاجرت بر وقوع جرم قتل عمد در مناطق حاشیه‌نشین استان تهران بررسی، تبیین و تحلیل شود.روش تحقیق: این پژوهش ازنظر روش، کمّی، به‌لحاظ هدف،کاربردی، ازنظر ماهیت، توصیفی – پیمایشی و جامعه آماری تحقیق، کارکنان پلیس آگاهی فاتب و فرماندهی ویژه شرق استان تهران شاغل در معاونت مبارزه با جرائم جنایی و قضات دادسرای ناحیه 27 (امور جنایی) تهران به تعداد 70 نفر بوده که حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 59 نفر تعیین شده است. ابزار گردآوری پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته و روایی آن، در اختیار خبرگان و استادان روش تحقیق قرار گرفت. پایایی پرسش‌نامه، به‌وسیله ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 79/0 محاسبه و برای بررسی نرمال بودن داده ها، از آزمون کالموگراف اسمیرونف و آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شده است.یافته ها: با بررسی‌های انجام‌شده ازطریق آزمون همبستگی پیرسون، می توان با اطمینان 99 درصد نتیجه گرفت که مولفه های قومیت، حاشیه‌نشینی،گمنامی و عوامل فرهنگی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی با وقوع جرم قتل عمد در مناطق حاشیه‌نشین استان تهران ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد.نتیجه‌گیری: از بین مولفه های تحقیق، بافت قومیت مهاجرین دارای بیشترین میانگین و عوامل فرهنگی و... دارای کمترین میانگین و از بین کل شاخص‌های تحقیق، بالاترین میانگین به گویه «داشتن تنفر از یک نژاد خاص» و کمترین میانگین به «عدم‌رعایت پیشگیری وضعی توسط بزه‌دیده» اختصاص یافته است. در بررسی همبستگی بین متغیرهای مختلف، بیشترین همبستگی بین قومیت با عوامل فرهنگی و... وکمترین بین متغیر گمنامی با حاشیه‌نشینی می‌باشد.

investigating the impact of immigration on intentional homicide rates in the suburban areas of tehran province

background and aim: one of the significant factors influencing the occurrence of intentional homicide in marginalized areas is immigration. therefore, this study seeks to examine, explain, and analyze the impact of immigration on intentional homicide in the marginalized areas of tehran province.research method: this study is quantitative in method, applied in purpose, and descriptive-survey in nature. the statistical population consists of 70 personnel from the criminal investigation department (fatak) and the east tehran special police command, working in the deputy of combating criminal crimes, as well as judges from the 27th district prosecutor’s office (criminal affairs) in tehran. the sample size was determined as 59 using cochran’s formula. the data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire, the validity of which was assessed by research method experts and professors. reliability was calculated using cronbach’s alpha coefficient (0.79). the kolmogorov-smirnov test was used to assess data normality, and pearson’s correlation coefficient was applied for analysis.findings: based on pearson’s correlation test, it can be concluded with 99% confidence that the components of ethnicity, marginalization, anonymity, and cultural, economic, and social factors have a significant relationship with the occurrence of intentional homicide in the marginalized areas of tehran province.conclusion: among the research components, the ethnic composition of immigrants had the highest mean, while cultural factors had the lowest. among all research indicators, the highest mean was attributed to the item &hatred toward a specific ethnicity,& and the lowest to &victim’s failure to observe situational prevention.& in examining correlations between variables, the strongest correlation was between ethnicity and cultural factors, while the weakest was between anonymity and marginalization.
