بررسی تهدیدات فنتانیل: چالش‌ها و راهکارهای ایران در مقابله با این ماده مخدر قدرتمند

زمینه و هدف: فنتانیل به عنوان یک داروی مخدر قدرتمند در حوزه‌های پزشکی و بالینی، تهدیدی جدی برای سلامت و امنیت جامعه جهانی و ایران محسوب می‌شود. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی چالش‌های پیش‌روی ایران در شناسایی و کنترل این ماده مخدر و ارائه راهکارهای موثر انجام شده است. روش: در بخش میدانی این مطالعه، از روش موثر استخراج کچرز و ابزار استاندارد کروماتوگرافی گازی-اسپکترومتری جرمی برای شناسایی و تحلیل فنتانیل استفاده شد. همچنین، مرور سیستماتیک مقالات علمی منتشرشده در پنج سال اخیر انجام و اطلاعات مرتبط با تهدیدات فنتانیل گردآوری و تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: پس از بهینه‌سازی شرایط دستگاهی، غلظت فنتانیل با استفاده از کروماتوگرام جرمی تعیین شد. منحنی کالیبراسیون خطی بود و ضریب همبستگی بسیار قوی نشان داد که پاسخ دستگاه با غلظت نمونه‌ها متناسب است. همچنین، حد تشخیص پایینی برای دستگاه به دست آمد. نتایج نشان داد که کشف و شناسایی دقیق این ماده مخدر با روش‌های پیشرفته تحلیل شیمیایی در آزمایشگاه‌های جنایی ایران امکان‌پذیر است و می‌تواند در مقابله با این تهدید موثر باشد. نتیجه‌گیری: تشخیص دقیق فنتانیل برای پیشگیری از بحران‌های احتمالی و استفاده ایمن از آن در مقاصد درمانی ضروری است. ایران با تقویت بنیه علمی و امنیتی و به‌کارگیری فناوری‌های پیشرفته می‌تواند به‌طور موثری با تهدیدات ناشی از فنتانیل مقابله کند.

examining the threats of fentanyl: challenges and iran’s countermeasures against this potent drug

background and aim: fentanyl, as a powerful opioid drug in medical and clinical fields, poses a serious threat to global and iranian public health and security. this study aims to examine the challenges iran faces in identifying and controlling this narcotic substance and to propose effective countermeasures.methods: in the field section of this study, the effective quechers extraction method and standard gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (gc-ms) instrumentation were used to identify and analyze fentanyl. additionally, a systematic review of scientific articles published in the last five years was conducted, and relevant data on fentanyl-related threats were collected and analyzed.findings: the results confirmed that precise detection and identification of this narcotic substance are feasible in iranian forensic laboratories using advanced chemical analysis methods, which can be effective in combating this threat.conclusion: accurate detection of fentanyl is essential for preventing potential crises and ensuring its safe use for therapeutic purposes. by strengthening scientific and security infrastructure and employing advanced technologies, iran can effectively address the threats posed by fentanyl.
