نگاهی بر راهبردهای نوین پلیس آگاهی در فرایند کشف علمی جرائم (مطالعه موردی: فرماندهی انتظامی استان مازندران)

زمینه و هدف: بکارگیری تجهیزات روز در مرکز تشخیص هویت امری ضروری است. این پژوهش با هدف نگاهی بر راهبردهای نوین پلیس آگاهی در فرایند کشف علمی جرائم ترسیم شده است.روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، از نوع کاربردی است و از نظر روش گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی، تحلیلی از نوع پیمایشی می باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق را مدیران و کارشناسان پلیس آگاهی فرماندهی انتظامی مازندران تشکیل می دهد که حجم نمونه آماری با استفاده از جدول کرجسی مورگان برابر با 40 نفر بوده که جهت گردآوری داده ها و اطلاعات پژوهش از پرسشنامه های محقق ساخته راهبردی نوین پلیس آگاهی و کشف علمی جرائم استفاده شده است. روایی پرسشنامه‌ها بصورت صوری و به وسیله خبرگان مورد تایید قرار گرفته است و پایایی آن با استفاده از ضریب کرونباخ به ترتیب 0.82 و 0.78 به دست آمد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون های کولموگروف- اسمیرنوف، ضریب آماری همبستگی، رگرسیون چندمتغیره و آزمون فریدمن با استفاده از نرم افزار spss استفاده شده است. یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد که راهبردهای نوین پلیس آگاهی در فرایند کشف علمی جرائم اثر مثبت و معناداری دارد. همچنین مولفه های راهبردهای نوین پلیس آگاهی شامل(استفاده از فناوری های اطلاعات و ارتباطات، ارتقاء توان اطلاعاتی کارآگاهان، تکمیل بانک های اثر انگشت) در فرایند کشف علمی جرائم اثر مثبت و معناداری دارند. نتایج: نتایج حاکی از آن است  که شیوه های علمی وآزمایشگاهی، دستیابی به حقیقت و کاهش اشتباهات قضایی در کشف جرائم را تا حد بسیار بالایی تضمین می کند.

an overview of modern cid police strategies in scientific crime detection: a case study of mazandaran provincial police command

background and objective: the use of modern equipment in forensic identification centers is essential. this research aims to examine innovative strategies of the criminal investigation department in the scientific crime detection process.method: this applied research employs a descriptive-analytical survey method for data collection. the statistical population consists of managers and experts from the criminal investigation department of mazandaran provincial police command. using krejcie and morgan’s table, the sample size was determined to be 40 participants. data was collected through researcher-made questionnaires on innovative criminal investigation strategies and scientific crime detection. face validity was confirmed by experts, and reliability was verified using cronbach’s alpha coefficients of 0.82 and 0.78, respectively. data analysis was performed using kolmogorov-smirnov tests, correlation coefficients, multiple regression, and friedman tests via spss software.findings: the results indicate that innovative criminal investigation department strategies have a significant positive impact on the scientific crime detection process. key components of these strategies—including the use of information and communication technologies, enhancing detectives’ intelligence capabilities, and expanding fingerprint databases—also show statistically significant positive effects.results: the findings demonstrate that scientific and laboratory methods significantly enhance truth discovery and reduce judicial errors in crime detection.
