شناسایی چالش های نوین جرم یابی جرایم سایبری مبتنی بر رمزارزها

زمینه و هدف: ظهور پدیده های نو و بدیع در قرن حاضر، و بروز پول الکترونیکی، رمز ارزها و انقلاب بلاک چین در عصر حاضر باعث گردیده تغییرات اساسی در چالش های حقوقی، فنی و امنیتی حوزه جرایم رمزارزها در فضای سایبر به وجود آورد. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی چالش های نوین جرایم سایبری مبتنی بر رمزارزها می‌باشد.روش تحقیق: این تحقیق از نظر هدف، کاربردی، از نظر روش توصیفی- تحلیلی بوده که به روش اکتشافی انجام گرفته است. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از منابع کتابخانه ای (برای بخش نظری)، مصاحبه (برای بخش عملی) و پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق کارشناسان پلیس فتا فراجا و پلیس امنیت اقتصادی فراجا می‌باشند. در بخش کیفی با 9 نفر از متخصصان و کارشناسان مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته انجام شد که مصاحبه‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار مکس کیو دی تحلیل شد.یافته ها: یافته های تحقیق در بخش حقوقی در چهار بعد و در بخش چالش های امنیتی و فنی رمزارزها در هشت بعد استخراج گشت. روایی و پایایی بخش کیفی تایید گردید و به منظور سنجش اعتبار ابعاد، پرسشنامه شامل ابعاد در میان 100‌نفر از کارکنان توزیع گردید. نتیجه گیری:  نتایج به دست آمده از تحلیل بخش کمی با استفاده از‌نرم افزار smart 2pls تایید کننده برازش ابعاد و سنجه‌های تعیین شده ابعاد فنی و امنیتی بوده است.

background and purpose: the emergence of new and novel phenomena in the current century, and the emergence of electronic money, cryptocurrencies and the blockchain revolution in the current era have caused fundamental changes in the legal, technical and security challenges of cryptocurrency crimes in the cyber space. the purpose of this research is to identify the new challenges of cyber crimes based on cryptocurrencies.research method: in terms of purpose, this research is applied, in terms of descriptive-analytical research method, which will be done in an exploratory way. to collect information, library sources (for the theoretical part), interviews (for the practical part) and questionnaires have been used. the statistical population of these experts are fata naja police and naja economic security police. in the qualitative section, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 9 specialists and experts, and the interviews were analyzed using max qd software.findings and conclusions: the results show that in the legal sector in four dimensions, in the security and technical challenges sector, cryptocurrencies were extracted in eight dimensions. the validity and reliability of the qualitative part was confirmed, and in order to measure the validity of the dimensions, a questionnaire including the dimensions was distributed among 100 employees, and the results obtained from the analysis of the quantitative part using smart 2pls software confirmed the fit of the dimensions and the determined parameters of the technical and security dimensions. have been.
