عواملِ موثر در مصاحبه و بازجویی در پلیس آگاهی با تاکید بر جرم یابی سرقت های مسلحانه

زمینه و هدف:  هدف شناسایی عوامل موثر در مصاحبه و بازجویی در پلیس آگاهی با تاکید بر جرم یابی سرقت های مسلحانه است و قصد دارد با استفاده از عوامل موثر در بازجویی و تحقیقات مقدماتی دیدگاه نوینی را در کشف سرقت های مسلحانه بیان دارد.روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر نوع تحقیق یک تحقیق کاربردی و از نظر شیوۀ اجرا از نوع روش تحقیق آمیخته با دو روش تحقیق کیفی(با تکنیک تحلیل مضمون) و روش کمی(با تکنیک پیمایشی) است. جامعه آماری بخش کیفی نخبگان و خبرگان و جامعه آماری تعداد 60 نفر از افسران کارشناس و کارآگاهان مصاحبه و بازجویی مجرمین و سارقان مسلح در پلیس آگاهی است. ابزارِ گردآوری داده ها در بخش کیفی مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته با روش نمونه گیری گلوله برفی برای رسیدن به اشباع نظری(13 نفر) و ابزارگرد آوری بخش کمی پرسشنامه است. داده های تحقیق تحلیل مضمون به روش کد گذاری و داده های بخش کمی با استفاده از نرم افزار spss مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.یافته ها و نتایج: از مهمترین شاخصه های به دست آمدۀ تحقیق جهتِ عینیت بخشیدن به جرم یابیِ سرقت های مسلحانه، می‌توان به نظام جامعِ مصاحبه و بازجوییِ سرقت های مسلحانه و شناسایی عوامل و اجزای آن اشاره نمود. در صورت محقق نشدن این امر و بی توجهی در رسیدگی به پی‌جویی جرایم مربوط به سرقت های مسلحانه، می تواند پیامدهای اجتماعی نامطلوبی در گسترش این جرم داشته باشد؛ از جملۀ این پیامدها می‌ توان به اختلال در امنیت اجتماعی، گسترش جرم سرقت مسلحانه، بازتاب منفی آن در رسانه های اجتماعی و اذهان عمومی و تضعیف احساس امنیّت عمومی  اشاره نمود.

factors influencing interviews and interrogations in criminal investigation, with emphasis on armed robbery

background and objective: the objective is to identify influential factors in interviews and interrogations within the criminal investigation unit, specifically focusing on armed robberies. the study aims to present a novel perspective on detecting armed robberies by utilizing effective factors in interviews and preliminary research.methodology: the current research employs an applied research design and combines qualitative (using thematic analysis) and quantitative (using survey techniques) research methods. the study population includes both experts and practitioners, totaling 60 individuals, consisting of qualified officers, investigators, and those involved in interviewing and interrogating criminals and armed robbers within the criminal investigation unit. data collection tools include semi-structured interviews for the qualitative section (reaching theoretical saturation with 13 participants) and questionnaires for the quantitative section. the research data were analyzed using thematic coding for qualitative data and the spss software for quantitative data.findings and results: key findings from the study, aimed at enhancing the objectivity of armed robbery detection, include the comprehensive interview and interrogation system related to armed robberies, as well as the identification of relevant factors and components. neglecting this aspect and failing to address armed robbery-related crimes may lead to undesirable social consequences. these consequences include disruptions in social security, the proliferation of armed robbery offenses, negative media coverage, and a weakened sense of public safety.
