تحلیلی بر بررسی رابطه بین نوآوری راهبردی با تمایل کارآگاهان بر بهره جویی از اطلاعات جنایی در تعقیب و کشف جرم

زمینه و هدف: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطه بین نوآوری راهبردی با تمایل کارآگاهان بر بهره جویی از اطلاعات جنایی در تعقیب و کشف جرم ترسیم شده است.روش: پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ ماهیت کاربردی و از نظر نوع پیمایشی می باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش را تعدادی از کارکنان پلیس آگاهی فرماندهی‌انتظامی‌استان مازندران تشکیل می‌دهد که نمونه آماری با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری به صورت تمام شمار می باشد. برای گردآوری داده های پژوهش از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته نوآوری راهبردی، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته تمایل کارآگاهان بر بهره جویی از اطلاعات جنایی در تعقیب و کشف جرم استفاده شده است. پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از فرمول آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 0.76 و 0.82 به دست آمد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون کولموگروف- اسمیرنوف، ضریب آماری همبستگی، رگرسیون و آزمون فریدمن با استفاده از نرم افزار spss استفاده شده است. یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که نوآوری راهبردی در تمایل کارآگاهان بر بهره جویی از اطلاعات جنایی در تعقیب و کشف جرم رابطه مثبت و معناداری دارد. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که بهینه سازی کارکردهای اطلاعات جنایی، بازمهندسی رویکرد اطلاعات جنایی، بازساختاری نظام اطلاعات جنایی، بازطراحی گزارش دهی اطلاعات جنایی بر تمایل کارآگاهان به بهره جویی از اطلاعات جنایی تاثیر معنی دار دارد

background and objective: this research aims to examine the relationship between strategic innovation and detectives’ inclination to utilize criminal information in the pursuit and detection of crime.method: the present research is applied in nature and survey-based. the statistical population of the study consists of a number of police officers from the mazandaran provincial police command, and the sample is selected using a census method. data collection for the research was done using a researcher-made questionnaire on strategic innovation and detectives’ inclination to utilize criminal information in the pursuit and detection of crime. the reliability of the questionnaire was obtained as 0.76 and 0.82 using cronbach’s alpha formula. data analysis was performed using the kolmogorov-smirnov test, the coefficient of correlation, regression, and the friedman test using spss software.findings: the research findings indicate that strategic innovation has a positive and significant relationship with detectives’ inclination to utilize criminal information in the pursuit and detection of crime.results: the results demonstrate that optimizing the functions of criminal information, reengineering the approach to criminal information, restructuring the criminal information system, and redesigning criminal information reporting significantly influence detectives’ inclination to utilize criminal information.
