چالش های مدیریت زمان در جرم یابی با تکیه بر تعامل پلیس و دستگاه قضایی در ایران

زمینه و هدف: جرم یابی یکی از ماموریت های پلیس و دستگاه قضایی است که نقش مهمی در تامین نظم و امنیت جامعه داشته و مدیریت زمان یکی از ارکان آن می باشد. لذا هدف از انجام این تحقیق نشان دادن جایگاه، اهمیت و ابعاد مختلف مدیریت زمان در جرم یابی و تاثیر تعامل پلیس و دستگاه قضایی در این فرآیند می باشدروش شناسی تحقیق: تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش، آمیخته بوده که به صورت اکتشافی و توصیفی تحلیلی با استفاده از اسناد کتابخانه ای و مقالات و پژوهش های دیگر و با بهره گیری از مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته با کارآگاهان پلیس آگاهی انجام گرفت. یافته های تحقیق: برنامه ریزی برای مدیریت زمان در کلیه مراحل فرآیند جرم یابی اعم از حفظ ، بررسی و جمع آوری دلایل و مدارک جرم به عنوان یک اصل برای پلیس و دادسرا اهمیت دارد و تعامل پلیس و دستگاه قضایی، به طور مستقیم بر مدیریت زمان در جرم یابی تاثیرگذار بوده و در صورت تحقق آن، باعث افزایش سرعت فرآیند جرم یابی بدون کاهش دقت انجام آن می شود. نتیجه گیری: در صورت برقراری تعامل بین پلیس و دستگاه قضایی در فرآیند جرم یابی و ارتقای آن ، مدیریت زمان در جرم یابی تحقق پیدا خواهد کرد و مدیریت زمان در جرم یابی مساوی خواهد بود با افزایش جرایم کشف شده، کاهش زمان کشف جرایم، جلوگیری از تکرار جرایم سریالی و اطاله دادرسی.

time management challenges in crime detection with emphasis on the interaction between police and the judiciary in iran

abstract: background and objective: crime detection is one of the missions of the police and the judiciary, playing a significant role in ensuring order and security in society, with time management being one of its components. therefore, the aim of this research is to investigate the challenges faced by the intelligence police in managing the crime detection process, with a focus on the interaction between police officers and judicial authorities.research method: the present research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of method, conducted exploratively and analytically using library documents, articles, and other research, and employing theories of time management.research findings: the findings of the present research indicate that the intelligence police, in the dimensions of physical document collection, preliminary investigations, prevention of repeat offenses in serial crimes, and the judiciary as a legal institution, face time management challenges in the crime detection process.conclusion: although time management in crime detection in iran is currently at an acceptable level, the efforts of detectives and their technical and experiential capabilities have significantly accelerated the crime detection process in iran compared to other countries. however, by enhancing the interaction between the police and the judiciary in the crime detection process and addressing some of the existing technical and human-related issues, the intelligence police can achieve a much higher level of time management in crime detection.
