آسیب شناسی بهره برداری مطلوب از آثار انگشتان به جای مانده در صحنه جرم (مورد مطالعه: پلیس آگاهی فاتب)

زمینه و هدف: اثر انگشت یکی از مهم ترین شواهد موجود در صحنه جرم می باشد که برای اثبات جرم بسیار ارزشمند است. بهره برداری مطلوب از این آثار، با یک سری آسیب هایی همراه  است؛ که پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی آسیب‌های  بهره‌برداری مطلوب از این آثار به جای مانده در صحنه جرم انجام گرفته است.روش: پژوهش حاضر کیفی با رویکرد اکتشافی و جامعه مشارکت کنندگان شامل کارشناسان و کارآگاهان پلیس آگاهی فاتب  و حجم نمونه با اشباع نظری به تعداد 20 نفر و  هدفمند انتخاب و با تکنیک تحلیل مضمون بررسی گردید.یافته ها: با آسیب‌شناسی مدل سه شاخگی، آسیب‌های ساختاری با 6 مضمون: رویکرد، تکنولوژی، نیروی انسانی،  بودجه، مواد و تجهیزات و تعاملات سازمانی و 23 ( به ترتیب با 1، 6، 8، 3، 3 و 2) مضمون پایه، آسیب‌های رفتاری با 3 مضمون نارضایتی شغلی، آموزش و انگیزش و 22 ( به ترتیب با 10، 8 و 4) مضمون پایه و آسیب‌های زمینه‌ایی با 4 مضمون تحریم، زیرساخت،  خطرات و شرایط محیطی و شیوه و شگرد مجرمین و 11 (به ترتیب با 1، 2، 6 و 2) مضمون پایه احصاء گردید. نتایج: با توجه به اهمیت آثار انگشت در کشف علمی جرائم، با اقداماتی نظیر: آموزش کارشناسان، استفاده از فناوری‌های جدید، ارتقای تجهیزات، مراقبت و نگهداری مناسب آثار انگشت، آموزش و آگاهی عمومی، توسعه فناوری، بهبود تجهیزات، توسعه قوانین و مقررات، ارتقای هماهنگی و تعامل، تحقیقات و پژوهش‌های بیشتر در صدد کاهش آسیب‌های بهره‌برداری مطلوب از آثار انگشتان به جای مانده در صحنه جرم برآمد.

forensic analysis of optimal utilization of fingerprints left at the crime scene (case study: cid police of tehran)

background and objective: fingerprints are one of the most important pieces of evidence found at a crime scene, which are highly valuable for proving a crime. the optimal utilization of these traces is accompanied by a series of damages. the present research aims to identify the damages associated with the optimal utilization of fingerprints left at the crime scene.method: the present research is qualitative with an exploratory approach, and the participants include experts and detectives from the cid police of tehran. the sample size is theoretically saturated with 20 participants, and the content analysis technique is used for examination.findings: using the tripartite model of damage, structural damages are identified with 6 themes: approach, technology, human resources, budget, materials and equipment, and organizational interactions, with 23 (in order of 1, 6, 8, 3, 3, and 2) basic themes. behavioral damages are identified with 3 themes: job dissatisfaction, training and motivation, and 22 (in order of 10, 8, and 4) basic themes. contextual damages are identified with 4 themes: sanctions, infrastructure, hazards and environmental conditions, and the method and style of criminals, with 11 (in order of 1, 2, 6, and 2) basic themes.results: considering the importance of fingerprints in the scientific discovery of crimes, actions such as training experts, using new technologies, upgrading equipment, proper care and maintenance of fingerprints, education and public awareness, technology development, equipment improvement, development of laws and regulations, enhancing coordination and interaction, and further research efforts are aimed at reducing the damages associated with the optimal utilization of fingerprints left at the crime scene.
