نقش ابزارهای الکترونیکی نوین در جرم یابی

زمینه و هدف: همزمان با پیشرفت علم و تکنولوژی، شیوه و شگردهای مجرمان نیز پیچیده‌تر گردیده و پلیس برای برون رفت از این چالش بایستی خود را به ابزار روز مجهز کند. یکی از روش‌های جدید و پیشرفته در جرم‌یابی استفاده از ابزار نوین الکترونیکی است. در این پژوهش مفاهیم مرتبط با ابزار الکترونیکی مورد استفاده در جرم‌یابی، راهکارهای افزایش قابلیت آن و نیاز‌های آینده پلیس بحث و بررسی می‌گردد. روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی تبیینی و گردآوری مطالب از طریق جستجوی میدانی، کتابخانه ای و اینترنتی است. در این پژوهش ضمن گردآوری ادبیات نظری در رابطه با موضوع جدید مورد تحقیق، به بررسی ابزار نوین مورد استفاده یگان های کشف جرم، تبیین نیاز های آینده و اقداماتی که بستر مناسب تری را برای استفاده بیشتر این ابزار را فراهم می کند، ارائه می گردد.یافته‌ها: کاربرد اصلی ابزار الکترونیکی نوین کشف و رد‌گیری اثرات دیجیتال و مشخصه‌های هویتی و بیومتریک (زیست سنجی) افراد و اشیاء می باشد. نتایج: ابزارالکترونیک نوین مناسبی در اختیار واحد‌های جرم‌یابی می‌باشد لیکن تعداد این ابزار محدود و لیکن نیاز است همگی ابزار به صورت هوشمند، برخط و با پشتیبانی بی وقفه در اختیار کاربران قرار گیرد تا موجبات چابکی سازمان فراهم گردد.

background and purpose: simultaneously with the progress of science and technology, the methods and tactics of criminals have also become more complex, and the police must equip themselves with modern tools to overcome this challenge. one of the new and advanced methods in mass determination is the use of new electronic tools. in this research, the concepts related to the electronic tools used in crime detection, the ways to increase its capabilities and the future needs of the police are discussed and investigated.method: this research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and explanatory in terms of collecting materials through field, library and internet search. in this research, while collecting the theoretical literature related to the new topic under investigation, it is presented to examine the new tools used by the crime detection units, explain the future needs and measures that provide a more suitable platform for more use of these tools. .findings: the main application of the new electronic tool is to discover and track digital effects and identity and biometric (biometric) characteristics of people and objects.results: there are suitable modern electronic tools at the disposal of mass detection units, but the number of these tools is limited, but it is necessary to provide all the tools intelligently, online and with non-stop support to the users in order to provide the agility of the organization.
