نقش فن‌آوری‌های نوین در جرم‌یابی

زمینه و هدف: امروزه دانش و فناوری‌های جدید، گام‌های سریعی برای ورود به هزاره سوم برداشته‌اند و جامعه نیز به‌سرعت در حال دگرگونی و از سوی دیگر جرائم نیز در حال افزایش است؛ همین موضوع باعث تغییرات بنیادی در دانش پلیسی و طرز تفکر نسبت به آن شده و ضرورت برخورداری از یکپارچگی و کارآمدی اطلاعات و توسعه فناوری‌های اطلاعاتی و ارتباطی در ناجا را اجتناب‌ناپذیر نموده است. از این‌رو در پژوهش حاضر به بررسی نقش فناوری‌های نوین در جرم‌یابی پرداخته‌ شده است.روش: از نظر نوع و هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ ماهیت توصیفی- تحلیلی است. مطالعات اکتشافی به روش کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی انجام و پس از تدوین ادبیات موضوع، مراتب به نظر 25 نفر از صاحب‌نظران و خبرگان رسیده و تایید شده است. برای نیل به این هدف با استفاده از روش دلفی، نظرات آنها جمع‌آوری و سپس با بهره‌گیری از منطق فازی، داده‌ها تجمیع و تحلیل ‌شده است.یافته‌ها و نتایج: نقش و اهمیت فناوری‌های نوین در افزایش توانایی پلیس آگاهی در اموری نظیر سرعت عمل در شناسایی مجرمین، تسهیل همکاری با مردم، آگاهی یافتن از وقوع جرائم، محل‌ها و میزان افزایش آنها، هوشمند سازی و خودکار شدن سیستم‌های کنترل متهمان و موارد دیگر بسیار برجسته و هویداست که درنهایت موجب کاهش تلفات و ضایعات ناشی از جرم خواهد شد. در نتیجه به‌ نظر می‌رسد که در دوران کنونی، به‌کارگیری فناوری‌های نوین اطلاعاتی و ارتباطی در ماموریت‌ها، یک انتخاب نیست؛ بلکه اجبار و یک حقیقت آشکار است، فلذا بایستی تمامی اقدامات با هدف طراحی سامانه‌ای جامع و یکپارچه با هدف تحلیل داده‌های موجود صورت گرفته و هرچه سریع‌تر پیاده‌سازی شود.

today, new knowledge and technologies have taken rapid steps to enter the third millennium, and society is changing rapidly; this issue has caused fundamental changes in the way of thinking and knowledge of the police and the need to have an integrated and efficient databases on issues such as identification and criminal records, population information, passports, foreign nationals, numbering, cars, certificates, termination of service, etc. in addition to the need to observe the speed, accuracy and precision in the performance of the police on the one hand and to minimize the number of people referring to police stations and police headquarters on the other hand, the use and development of information and communication technologies in naja has become inevitable. therefore, the role and importance of such technologies in increasing the ability of the police in matters such as speed of action in identifying criminals, facilitating cooperation with the public, awareness of crime, neighborhoods and its increase, intelligence and automation of police control systems in traffic is very prominent and obvious. and in general, it will increase crime detection, reduce casualties and waste, and ultimately reduce crime. therefore, in the present article, while explaining the concepts of new information / communication technologies in the police practice, the role of such tools and technologies in crime detection as well as their dimensions and obstacles are explained, and finally, the uses of these technologies by the police, be discussed.
