دستاوردهای پزشکی قانونی مدرن در راستای کشف جرائم

زمینه و هدف: با توجه به تحول در ماهیت جرائم، کشف آن نیز مستلزم کاربرد و استفاده از روش‌ها و فناوری‌های علمی و نوین می‌باشد. دانشمندان پزشکی قانونی برای کمک به سیستم عدالت کیفری در اقدامات خود برای نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل سریع گزارش پزشکی قانونی، سعی کرده‌اند فناوری‌های سریع را در پروتکل‌هایی ادغام کنند که تجزیه و تحلیل گزارش پزشکی قانونی را سرعت می‌بخشد. بر این اساس در این پژوهش به بررسی نقش فناوری در فرآیندهای کشف جرم توسط پزشکی قانونی می‌پردازیم.روش: این پژوهش به صورت توصیفی- تحلیلی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است.یافته‌ها و نتایج: روش‌های بهینه‌سازی سرعت در آزمایشگاه پزشکی قانونی مزیت عملکرد در محیط آزمایشگاهی با کیفیت بالا را ارائه می‌دهند که خطر آلودگی و سایر خطاهای آزمایشی را به حداقل می‌رساند. علی‌رغم چالش‌های تکنولوژیکی که هنوز وجود دارد، مواردی مانند ذخیره ردپای دی ‌ان ‌ای، امکان انجام تجزیه و تحلیل ثانویه، حفاظت از داده‌ها، حفظ حریم خصوصی و یک چارچوب قانونی روشن نیز باید همواره مورد توجه قرار گیرد. واقعیت آن است که فقدان داده‌های علمی و درک عوامل انسانی و رویه‌های موثر در صحنه جرم هنوز وجود دارد و این امر نیازمند بازنگری در فرآیندهای پزشکی قانونی است. پزشکی قانونی مدرن از طرق مختلف توانسته در کشف جرم تحول ایجاد کند. این موارد شامل استفاده از سی‌تی‌اسکن و ام آر آی در کشف جرم، کشف جرم از طریق پروتئین استخوان، شیوه‌های نوین در کشف جرم از طریق اثر انگشت، بهره‌گیری از پروتئومیکس می‌باشد. همچنین تحقیقات پزشکی قانونی مدرن از ابزارهای جدید و فناوری‌های پیشرفته برای حل پرونده‌های جنایی و مدنی استفاده می‌کند.

background and purpose: considering the evolution in the nature of crimes, its detection also requires the application and use of scientific and modern methods and technologies. to assist the criminal justice system in its efforts to expedite forensic report analysis results, forensic scientists have attempted to integrate rapid technologies into protocols that expedite forensic report analysis. based on this, in this research, we examine the role of technology in the processes of crime detection by forensic medicine.method: this research has been analyzed in a descriptive-analytical way.findings and conclusions: speed optimization methods in the forensic laboratory offer the advantage of performing in a high-quality laboratory environment that minimizes the risk of contamination and other experimental errors. despite the technological challenges that still exist, things like storing dna traces, the possibility of performing secondary analysis, data protection, privacy and a clear legal framework should always be considered. the fact is that there is still a lack of scientific data and understanding of human factors and effective procedures at crime scenes today, and this requires a review of forensic processes. modern forensic medicine has been able to make changes in crime detection in various ways. these cases include the use of ct scan and mri in crime detection, crime detection through bone protein, new methods in crime detection through fingerprints, and the use of proteomics. also, modern forensic investigations use new tools and advanced technologies to solve criminal and civil cases.
