تبیین جایگاه و نقش پلیس امنیت اقتصادی در تحقق اهداف بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی ایران

پلیس امنیت اقتصادی یکی از یگان های نیروی انتظامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران به عنوان ضابط قوه قضائیه سابقه مبارزه با جرم و مجرمین را در بین پلیس های کشف جرم در شناسنامه خود داشته و به عنوان جدید ترین نهاد کشف جرم در حوزه های مبارزه با انواع جرائم اقتصادی و مبارزه با قاچاق کالا و ارز و همین طور کشف و ضبط انواع ادله های اثباتی جرم، دستگیری متهمین و مجرمین و ممانعت از فرار و اختفاء آنها به ایفای وظیفه می پردازد. مقام معظم رهبری در بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی به مسئله اقتصاد اشاره و راه رسیدن به اهداف اقتصاد مقاومتی ،وظیفه پلیس به خصوص وظیفه پلیس امنیت اقتصادی را در جهت مبارزه با قاچاق کالاو ارز و جرائم اقتصادی نمایان کرده است.لذا شاخص های اقتصاد مقاومتی و دستیابی به اهداف برابر بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب نیازمند رویکردی جهادی، انعطاف پذیر، فرصت ساز، مولد، درون زا، پیشرو و برون گرا را مدنظر دارد. بنابراین عوامل اقتصادی، عامل اساسی برای تمام ساختارهای اجتماعی بوده و تاثیرات قابل توجهی بر روی فعالیت های فردی از جمله وقوع جرم دارد. از آنجا که مقوله اقتصاد ( اقتصاد مقاومتی) در سالهای اخیر در کشور مورد توجه قرار گرفته و تحقیق حاضر کوششی در این راستا است. در این مقاله سعی شده است تا از زاویه بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب نقش اقتصاد مقاومتی در رشد اقتصادی از طریق مبارزه با قاچاق کالا و جایگاه پلیس در تراز انقلاب اسلامی در تحقق این مهم مورد بررسی و تحقیق قرار گیرد.

determining the position and role of economic security police in achieving the objectives of the second step of the islamic revolution of iran

the economic security police, one of the islamic republic of iran’s police units acting as the judiciary law enforcement arm, has a background of countering crimes and criminals among crime detection police in its record and performs its duties as the newest crime detection establishment in the fields of economic crimes and combating against goods and currency smuggling and detecting and maintaining different crime evidence, arresting culprits and criminals and preventing them from escaping and hiding, as well. the supreme leader has pointed to the issue of economy in the second step of the islamic revolution and ascertained the method of achieving resistance economic objectives, police duties, particularly the duties of the economic security police in countering currency and goods smuggling and economic crimes, as well. therefore; according to the second step of the islamic revolution communiqué, the indexes of the resistance economy and achieving its objectives require a jihadi approach, resiliency, opportunity making, generative, internal, pioneer and external matters. therefore; economic factors are the essential factors for all the society structures and have considerable effects on individual activities such as the occurrence of crimes. since the issue of economy (resistance economy) has been in the spotlight in our country in recent years, the present research is an effort in this regard. this article attempts to review and investigate, from the second step of the revolution perspective, the role of resistance economy in the economic growth through combating against goods smuggling and the position of police in the islamic revolution in achieving this important issue.
