نقش پلیس اطلاعات محور در جرم یابی پرونده قتل های زنجیره ای

قتل یکی از جرایم خشن علیه تمامیت جسمانی افراد است که حیات انسان را که موهبتی الهی است از انسان سلب می نماید و وقتی که این جرم جنبه زنجیره ای به خود می گیرد تاثیر سوء و مخرب بیشتری بر امنیت شهروندان بر جای می گذارد که اکثر جوامع در برهه ای از زمان با آن مواجه بوده و یا مواجه خواهند شد و پلیس در برهه های زمانی متعدد از گذشته تا حال، الگوهای متعددی همچون تهدید محوری، جامعه محوری، مسئله محوری، داده محوری و اطلاعات محوری را در مقابله با جرم تجربه نموده است. لذا با توجه به اهمیت کشف قتل های زنجیره ای، در این تحقیق به دنبال جواب این سوال هستیم که پلیس اطلاعات پایه چگونه قتل های زنجیره ای را کشف می نماید؟ این پژوهش از نظر نوع و هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت، توصیفی- تحلیلی است که به صورت اسنادی و مصاحبه عمیق با کارآگاهان جنایی و تشخیص هویت تدوین شده است. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که عواملی همچون : اطلاعات صحنه جرم، اطلاعات حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل الگوی جرم، اطلاعات پزشکی قانونی، استفاده از بانک های متعدد اطلاعاتی، اطلاعات کارآگاهان زبده، اطلاعات حاصل از انجام مصاحبه و بازجویی اصولی از شهود، اطلاعات مطلعین و متهم، اخبار واطلاعات منابع و مخبرین و اطلاعات بزه دیده ای که موفق به فرار از دست قاتل گردیده از عوامل موثر در کشف قتل های زنجیره ای توسط پلیس اطلاعات پایه هستند.

role of information-based police in detecting serial killings cases

murder is one of the violent crimes against the physical wholeness of people which takes human life that is a divine grace and when this crime turns into a serial type, it leaves a more destructive and bad effect on the security of citizens which many societies have faced or will face during a course of time and police have experienced from the past till now different models such as threat-based, society-based, isuue-based, and information-based to counter this kind of crime. therefore; regarding the importance of detecting serial killings, in this research we are seeking a response to this question that “how will the information-based police detect serial killings?” this research is of applied form from type and objective perspectives and descriptive-analytical in terms of nature which has been prepared in documentary and deep interviews forms with homicide detectives and identity detection experts. the results of this research showed that such factors as: crime scene information, crime profiling information, forensic medicine information, use of various information bank, skilled detectives’ information, information resulted from interview and interrogation of witnesses, the accused and pundit information, informants and sources’ information and information from the victim who has succeded to escape from a murderer are all the effective factors in detecting serial killings by information-based police.
