شناسایی لکه های مشکوک به ترشحات جنسی در علوم جنایی

تجاوز یا حمله جنسی یکی از جرایم جنایی جدی است و از دیر باز شناسایی مایعات بدن ناشی از فعالیت جنسی یکی از جنبه‌های مهم تحقیقات جنایی هم در صحنه جرم و هم در آزمایشگاه محسوب می‌شود. از اینرو مطالعات فراوانی در خصوص بررسی جدیدترین و دقیق‌ترین روش‌های شناسایی نمونه‌های مشکوک به ترشحات جنسی در حال انجام است که منجر به ظهور تست‌های مختلفی برای شناسایی ترشحات واژینال و منی شده است که بطور موفقی در ازمایشگاههای جنایی مختلف دنیا انجام می‌شوند. تست‌های که برای شناسایی ترشحات جنسی بکار می‌روند شامل دو دسته تست‌های مقدماتی و تست‌های تاییدی می‌باشند بطوریکه تستهای تاییدی و تست های dnaمربوطه به عنوان یکی از ادله‌های ضروری معرفی مجرمان به عدالت محسوب می‌شوند.روش‌ها: در این بررسی، انواع آزمایش‌های مرسوم برای شناسایی ترشحات جنسی از جمله dna تایپینگ، بررسی rna ، اپی ژنتیک، تکنیک‌های اسپکتروسکوپی، کیت‌ها و روش‌های ایمونوکروماتوگرافی مورد نقد و بررسی قرار گرفته‌اند. لازم به ذکر است که این روش‌ها، همراه با نقاط قوتی که دارند، دارای ضعف‌هایی هستند که در این مقاله مورد بحث قرار می‌گیرند. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به اهمیت شناسای لکه‌های مشکوک به ترشحات جنسی در حل پرونده‌های جنایی، آشنایی و بکارگیری این روش‌های آزمایشگاهی برای کارشناسان علوم جنایی بسیار لازم و ضروری می باشد.

rape or sexual assault is one of the serious criminal offenses and the detection of body fluids originating from sexual activity has long been considered as a critical aspect of criminal investigations both at crime scenes and in the laboratory. therefore, many studies are being conducted to identify the latest and most accurate methods for diagnosis of suspected samples of sexual secretions, which has successfully led to the emergence of different tests for the detection of semen and vaginal secretions into different crime laboratories of the world. tests used to identify sexual secretions include two categories of preliminary and confirmatory tests, so that pertinent confirmatory tests and forensic dna tests are essential tools for solving cases of rape and assault to bring offenders to justice. in this review, current tests for identifying sexual secretions have been criticized, including the use of dna typing, rna investigation, epigenetics, spectroscopic techniques, kits, and immune-chromatographic methods. it should be noted that these methods, along with their strengths, also have weaknesses that are discussed in this article. given the importance of identifying susceptible spots of sexual secretions in solving criminal cases, it is necessary and properly important for criminal science experts to understand and apply these laboratory methods.
