بررسی تاثیر اقدامات پلیس در مقابله با قاچاق کالا (مطالعه موردی شهرستان دلفان)

قاچاق کالا به عنوان جرمی که از جهات مختلف امنیت اجتماعی، اقتصادی، فردی و خانوادگی را به مخاطره می اندازد، مورد توجه خاص قانونگذار بوده است. یکی از سازمان های مبارزه‌ با‌ قاچاق‌ کالا نیروی انتظامی است. که اقدامات پلیس یکی از حلقه های این سازمان برای جلوگیری از قاچاق کالا می باشد. هدف از این پژوهش شناخت میزان تاثیر اقدامات پلیس در مقابله با قاچاق کالا در محدوده شهرستان دلفان می‌باشد. روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت، توصیفی- تحلیلی و به شیوه پیمایشی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق را تعداد 60 نفر از کارکنان فرماندهی انتظامی شهرستان دلفان شامل می‌شود. حجم نمونه به تعداد 58 نفر انتخاب و به روش تصادفی ساده پرسش-نامه، بین آنها توزیع شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسش‌نامه می‌باشد که روایی آن بوسیله روایی صوری تایید و پایایی نیز با استفاده از فرمول آلفای کرونباخ معادل0.73 درصد محاسبه و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمونt تک نمونه‌ای در بسته نرم افزاری18 spss استفاده شده است.یافته ها: براساس یافته های این تحقیق، اقدامات اطلاعاتی پلیس با ضریب 79/. بیشترین تاثیر را در مقابله با قاچاق را داشته و در رتبه اول قرار دارد و پس از آن،اقدامات مدیریتی با 69/. و اجرای ایست و بازرسی با تاثیر 61/. برمقابله با قاچاق کالا به ترتیب در رتبه های بعد قرار دارند. نتیجه گیری: بطور کلی نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد نیروی انتظامی برای مبارزه با قاچاق کالا باید همه شاخص های اقدامات انتظامی را با رویکرد کل گرایانه و سیستمی در هرسه حوزه تقویت نماید

investigating the impacts of police measures on countering goods smuggling(case study of delfan city)

goods smuggling has gained the attention of legislators as a crime that endangers social, economic, individual and family security from a variety of aspects. naja is one of the drug enforcement agencies whose police measures are one of the cycles of this agency to counter goods smuggling. this research is intended to recognize the impact rate of police measures on countering goods smuggling in delfan township purview. this research is of applied type from objective point of view and of descriptive –analytical type from nature point of view and it uses the survey method. the target audience consists of 60 people from naja staff in delphan township and lorestan province goods smuggling enforcement agency. the sample volume was selected for 58 people and was distributed among them in simple accidental method.the data gathering tool is questionnaire whose flunency was verified through superficial fluncy and its sustainability was computed using cronbach alfa formula amounting to 0.73% and in order to analyze the data, single sample t test was used in spss 18 software pacakage. based on the findings of this research, police intelligence measures with a coefficient of 79% have the highest impact to counter smuggling and ranks first and aftet that, managerial measures with 69% and conducting checkpoints measures with 61% are ranked subsequently influencial to counter goos smuggling.in general, the research results show that all the policing measures (managerial measures, checkpoints measures and intelligence measures) have all an impact on countering goods smuggling with a coefficient of 73%. therefore, in order to combat goods smuggling, naja should augment all the police measures with holistic and systematic approaches in all three domains.
