نقش پلیس درپیشگیری ازپیامدهای ناشی از قتل دراستان ایلام

زمینه و هدف: امروزه یکی از جرائم ارتکابی در استان ایلام که به عنوان یکی از چالش‌های مهم مطرح شده، پدیده قتل و جرائم ارتکابی بعد از آن از جمله سرقت، نزاع دسته جمعی، قتل انتقام جویانه است. در سالیان اخیر روند رو به رشدی را دنبال کرده است که معلول علل و عوامل مختلفی می‌باشد و عواقب و پیامدهای ناگواری برای استان به دنبال دارد. هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی نقش پلیس در پیشگیری از پیامدهای ناشی از قتل در استان ایلام است.روش شناسی: روش این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش و ماهیت به صورت توصیفی و اکتشافی می باشد. جامعه موردمطالعه200نفرشامل کلیه فرماندهان و مدیران فرماندهی انتظامی استان ایلام و بازپرسان قتل هستندکه تعداد 16نفر به صورت هدفمندانتخاب شدندروش وابزار جمع آوری داده  هاازطریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافنه که بانرم افزار پزوهش کیفی مکس کیودی نسخه 12 ساماندهی وکدگذاری تحلیل گردید.یافته ها: یافته های این پژوهش حاکی از آن است که پلیس با بهره‌گیری از روش‌های پیشگیری، نقش مهمی در پیشگیری از جرایم ناشی از قتل در استان ایلام دارد و بطور کلی چهار نقش اطلاعاتی، کنترلی، تعاملی و مقابله‌ای به عنوان نقش‌های پلیس در پیشگیری از پیامدهای ناشی از قتل در استان ایلام مشخص گردیدند.نتایج: نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داده که نقش اطلاعاتی باشناسایی سه عامل موثر1- اشراف اطلاعاتی2- فرهنگ وقومیت 3-منابع ومخبرین در اولویت اول، نقش تعاملی باشناسایی سه عامل 1-هماهنگی وتعامل2-معتمدین3-آگاهسازی واطلاع رسانی در اولویت دوم، نقش کنترلی با سه عامل موَثر1-کنترل فردی وخانوادگی2-اقدامات پیشگیرانه3-کنترل اجتماعی ومحیطی در اولویت سوم و نقش مقابله‌ای نیزبا سه عامل موَثر 1-برخورد ورسیدگی2-شناسایی3-سازماندهی در اولویت چهارم قرار دارند.

the role of police in preventing consequrences resulting from murder in ilam province

background and objective: nowadays, one of the crimes committed in ilam province which has been put forward as one of the important challenges is the phenomenon of murder and its ensued crimes such as theft, mass fighting and revenge murder. in recent years, it has followed an increasing trend resulting from different factors and has undesirable consequences for this province. this research in intended to investigate the role of police in preventing consequenses resulted from murder in the province of ilam.methodoogy: the method of this research is applied from objective viewpoint and descriptive and discovery from method and nature viewpoint. the intended community is 200 people including commanders and managers of ilam province police command and murder interrogators, as well, among whom 16 people were selected objectively. the data collection tools were organized and coded through semi-structured interviews using max kiodi software, version 12.findings: the findings of this research show that police can play an important role in preventing crimes resulted from murder in the province of ilam applying preventive methods and in general, four roles of intelligence, control, interactive and combating as police roles in preventing consequences resulted from murder in ilam province were determined.results: the results of this research indicate that the intelligence role indentifying three effective factors of 1) information dominance, 2) culture and ethnicity, 3) sourses and informants have the first priority and the interactive role identifying three factors of 1) coordination and interaction, 2) trustees, 3) increasing awareness and information dessimination have the second priority and the control role with three factors of 1) individual and family control, 2) preventive measures and 3) social and environmental control have the third priority and the combating role with three factors of 1) countering and prosecurion, 2) detection and 3) organization have the fourth priority.
