بررسی تاثیر تعاملات کارآگاهان پلیس با مراجع قضایی در کشف قتل (مورد مطالعه شهرستان ایلام در سال های 1396و 1397)

زمینه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر تعاملات گوناگون کارآگاهان پلیس (تعاملات اطلاعاتی، آزمایشگاهی، عملیاتی و تحقیقاتی) با مراجع قضایی در میزان کشف جرم قتل در شهرستان ایلام در سال‌های 96 و 97 صورت گرفته است.روش: این تحقیق از نوع کاربردی و به روش توصیفی‌- تحلیلی با طرح پیمایش انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماری شامل صاحب‌نظران و خبرگان (دادستان، بازپرسان، قضات رسیدگی‌کننده به پرونده‌های قتل و کارآگاهان ویژه قتل در پلیس آگاهی) موضوع بود که به تعداد 43 نفر از میان 50 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای متناسب و با استفاده از جدول مورگان انتخاب شدند. روش گردآوری اطلاعات میدانی و ابزار آن پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته بود. روایی پرسش‌نامه بر اساس روایی محتوایی و پایایی آن از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (بالای 0.85) به‌دست آمد. تجزیه ‌و تحلیل یافته‌ها در دو سطح توصیفی (میانگین، انحراف استاندارد و توزیع فراوانی) و استنباطی (آزمون دوجمله‌ای) انجام گرفت.یافته‌ها و نتایج: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد بین تعامل کارآگاهان و مراجع قضایی در ابعاد چهارگانه (اطلاعاتی، آزمایشگاهی، عملیاتی و تحقیقاتی) در کشف قتل تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد؛ به این معنا که تعاملات میان کارآگاهان و مراجع تا اندازة زیادی در کشف جرم قتل موثر بوده است. اولویت‌بندی این چهار تعامل (با تاکید بر فریدمن) به ترتیب تعاملات اطلاعاتی با میانگین 3.35، عملیاتی با میانگین 3.30، تحقیقاتی با میانگین 2.16 و نهایتاً آزمایشگاهی با میانگین 1.19 در کشف قتل بوده است.

investigating the impact of police detectives’ interactions with judicial authorities in murder detection (case study of ilam county in 1396 and 1397)

background and purpose. the aim of this study was to investigate the effect of various interactions of police detectives (intelligence, laboratory, operational and research interactions) with judicial authorities on the detection of murder in ilam in 1996 and 1997.methodology. this research has been done in an applied type and in a descriptive-analytical method with a survey design. the statistical population included experts (prosecutors, investigators, murder case judges, and special homicide detectives in the agahi police). the subject was 43 people out of 50 by proportional sampling using morgan table were chosen. the method of collecting field information and its tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. the validity of the questionnaire was based on content validity and its reliability was obtained through cronbach’s alpha coefficient (above 0.85). findings were analyzed at two levels of descriptive (mean, standard deviation and frequency distribution) and inferential (binomial test).findings. the results show that the greater the interaction between detectives and the judiciary in detecting murder, the greater the success. prioritization of these four interactions (with emphasis on friedman) were intelligence interactions with an average of 3.35, operational with an average of 3.30, research with an average of 2.16 and finally laboratory with an average of 1.19 in murder detection, respectively. in addition, there is a significant difference between the interaction of detectives and judicial authorities in four dimensions (intelligence, laboratory, operational, investigative) in detecting murder.
