تاثیر فناوری در ارائه الگوی کشف جرم با تاکید بر اقدامات پلیس هوشمند

زمینه و هدف: در طول چند دهه گذشته، سازمان های مختلف پلیس برای بهبود کارایی و نتایج عملیاتی خود، به ویژه در زمان کاهش منابع و افزایش توجه عمومی و نظارت بر فعالیت های اجرای قانون، مجموعه ای از پیشرفت های فناوری را به کار گرفته اند. اگر چه در گذشته تجارب، آموزه ها و خلاقیت های پلیس بیشتر در کشف جرم نقش داشت اما امروزه ارتباط برخط پلیس با مجموعه ای از ابزار، امکانات، داده ها، تجهیزات و آزمایشگاه ها می تواند در بهبود کیفیت اقدامات پلیس در کشف جرم نقش مهمی داشته باشد، لذا شاهد شکل گیری پلیس هوشمند در پیش بینی و کشف جرم هستیم.روش‌: روش تحقیق استفاده شده روش اسنادی و کتابخانه ای است و منابع مورد استفاده عبارتند از: کتب، اسناد بین المللی، مقالات و همچنین از فیش برداری بعنوان ابزار مطالعه استفاده شده است.یافته‌ها و نتایج: با توجه به اینکه امروزه از فناوری در ارتکاب جرائم توسط مجرمان استفاده می گردد لذا تغییر در الگوی کشف جرم منطبق با توسعه فناوری برای پلیس یک ضرورت به حساب می آید. به علاوه استفاده از فناوری نیز به پلیس کمک می کند تا کارایی بیشتر و موثرتری در زمان بروز جرم داشته باشد. بر این مبناء ضمن توانایی کنترل شرایط، امکان سریعتر کشف جرم و حتی پیشگیری از آن را از طریق پلیس پیش بینی خواهد داشت. این امر منجر به تغییر در سازمان، تجهیزات و تخصص های یک کلانتری خواهد شد. به علاوه در این خصوص استفاده از ظرفیت های بخش خصوصی نیز مد نظر بوده که ضمن کاهش هزینه های پلیس به اشتغال زایی نیز کمک خواهد کرد.

Therefore, we are witnessing the formation of intelligent police in predicting and detecting crime.Methodology: The research method used is documentary and library method and the sources used are: books, international documents, articles and also fish taking has been used as a study tool.Findings and Conclusion: Given that technology is used today in the commission of crimes by criminals, so a change in the pattern of crime detection in line with the development of technology is a necessity for the police. In addition, the use of technology helps the police to be more efficient and effective at the time of the crime. On this basis, while being able to control the situation, it will be possible to detect the crime faster and even prevent it through the police. This will lead to a change in the organization, equipment and expertise of a police station. In addition, the use of private sector capacity has been considered in this regard, which will help create jobs while reducing police costs.
