ارزیابی تاثیر ارز‌های رمزپایه بر گسترش پولشویی در ایران

بناشدن رمز‌های ارزپایه بر فناوری‌های نظیر به نظیر و خارج کردن عامل کنترلی و نظارتی از سیستم معاملاتی سبب شده است که امکان بهره‌گیری از این ارز‌ها در فعالیت‌های مجرمانه و غیرقانونی به وجود آید و لذا استفاده از آن‌ها در این نوع فعالیت‌ها شتاب گیرد. لذا این موضوع نگرانی‌هایی را در خصوص آینده این ارزها ایجاد کرد است. گستره وسیع سرمایه‌گذاری در رمز‌های ارزپایه در ایران همراه با امکان استفاده از آن در مبادلات تجاری این سوال را به وجود آورد است که آیا ویژگی‌های خاص رمز‌پایه‌ها سبب افزایش پولشویی و سطح اقتصاد سایه در ایران شده است؟ در صورتی که پاسخ به این سوال مثبت باشد، می‌توان نگرانی‌های موجود را پر اهمیت تلقی کرد. این مقاله با استفاده از روش خودرگرسیون برداری با وقفه توزیعی (ardl) و با بهره‌گیری از داده‌های مورد نیاز طی دوره زمانی 1368-1398 به ارزیابی تاثیر ارز‌های رمزپایه بر گسترش پولشویی در ایران پرداخته است. یافته های این مطالعه نشان می دهد که همزمان با ورود این نوع ارز‌ها به اقتصاد ایران، جرائمی مانند پولشویی و اقتصاد سایه در کشور گسترش یافته است؛ لذا نگرانی‌های موجود در خصوص این رمزارزها قابل اعتنا است.

Assessing the Impact of Crypto currencies on the Spread of Money Laundering in Iran

Currencybased crypto currencies based on peertopeer technologies and removing control and surveillance agents from the trading system have made it possible to use these currencies in criminal and illegal activities and therefore accelerate their use in such activities. Therefore, this issue has raised concerns about the future of these currencies. The wide range of investments in crypto currencies in Iran, along with the possibility of using them in commercial exchanges, has raised the question of whether the special features of crypto currencies have increased  money laundering and the level of the shadow economy in Iran. If the answer to this question is yes, the existing concerns can then be considered significant. This paper evaluates the effect of crypto currencies on the spread of money laundering in Iran using distributed interrupt vector auto regression (ARDL) method and using the required data during the period 13681388. The findings of this study show that with the introduction of this type of currency into the Iranian economy, crimes such as money laundering and the shadow economy have spread in the country. Therefore, the existing concerns about these crypto currencies are significant.
