الگویابی مکانی فضایی جرم سرقت موتورسیکلت در نواحی استان تهران(فرماندهی های انتظامی تهران بزرگ،تهران شرق و تهران غرب)

یکی از مسائل و مشکلاتی که امنیت اجتماعی، اقتصادی شهروندان را تهدید می کند و به نوعی با نظم وامنیت کشور در ارتباط است جرم سرقت است. از جمله سرقتهای رایج در دهه های اخیر می توان به سرقت موتورسیکلت اشاره کرد که سارقان به انگیزه های مختلف و برای استفاده های متنوع آن را انجام می دهند. .  برای کاهش و مقابله با وقوع جرایم آگاهی از روند جرایم در سال های متوالی و مکان ها، اهمیت بالایی دارد از این رو پژوهش حاضر باهدف الگویابی مکانی فضایی جرم سرقت موتور سیکلت تدوین شده است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش انجام، توصیفی تحلیلی است. در این تحقیق نمونه آماری، 14 شهرستان در محدوده فرماندهی های شرق، غرب و تهران بزرگ است. در این مطالعه برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از جرم سرقت موتور سیکلت ئر سال 1398 بهره گرفته شد. در تحلیل های فضایی با استفاده از مرکز متوسط و بیضی انحراف معیار، خودهمبستگی  فضایی و درون یابی و هموارسازی استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که اول، تحلیل فضایی  و جغرافیایی جرم سرقت موتورسیکلت که اکثریت و حجم زیادی از آن در مناطق تهران رخ می دهد و این امر در تحلیل های بیضی انحراف معیار و مراکز متوسط جرم نیز به خوبی نشان داده شد که مرکزیت جرم سرقت موتور سیکلت در پهنه شهرستان تهران در حاشیه غربی قرار گرفته و جهت حرکت  شرقی – غربی بوده. دوم، خوشه بندی جرم در سه خوشه(دسته) در محدوده مورد نشان داد که حجم و تراکم جرم سرقت موتورسیکلت در پهنه  فرماندهی انتظامی شرق تهران سطح پایین، فرماندهی انتظامی غرب تهران در سطح متوسط و فرماندهی انتظامی تهران بزرگ در سطح خیلی زیاد قرار گرفته است .

Spatial-Locational Modeling of the Crime of Motorcycle Theft in Tehran Province (Metropolitan Tehran, East and West Police Commands)

One of the social and economic security problems and issues that threatens citizens and is somehow related to the State order and security is the crime of theft. Motorcycle theft is the common theft in the recent decades in which thieves commit them with different motives and various uses. To mitigate and counter perpetration of crimes, it is very important to be aware of the crime trends in consecutive years and locations. Therefore; the present research has been prepared with the intention of spatiallocational modeling of the crime of motorcycle theft. This research is of applied typre in terms of objective and of descriptiveanalytical type in terms of method. In this research, the statistical sample includes 14 townships in the vicinity of Metropolitan Tehran, East and West Police Commands. This research uses data analysis on the crime of motorcycle thefts within 1398. The spatial analyses used average center and ellipsoid of the criteria deviation, spatial selfcorrelation and smoothing and interpolation were utilized. The results of the research showed that firstly, the spatial and geographical analyses of the crimes of motorcycle theft, a high number of which, occur in Tehran, indicated this crime well in ellipsoid of the criteria deviation and average center analyses well enough and it proved that the centeredness of the crimes of motorcycle theft is located in the expanse of Tehran West Suburb and its movement direction is east to west. Secondly, crime clustering in three clusters (category) in the area showed that density and mass of the crimes of motorcycle theft are located in lower East Tehran Police Command, high West Tehran Police Command and the Metropolitan Tehran Police Command is located at a very high level.
