بررسی تاثیر آی تی بر بهره وری کارکنان پلیس آگاهی

امروزه فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات را می توان به عنوان ابزاری نیرومند برای ارتقای کیفیت و کارایی کارکنان سازمان ها مورد استفاده قرارداد. توسعه روز افزون ابزارهای مبتنی بر این فناوری ها و سرعت فراوان تطبیق آن با نیازمندی های انسان، موجب شده تا شکل جدیدی از محیط یادگیری و تعاملی خلاق، فعال و فراگیر در اکثر سازمان ها ایجاد شود. هدف اصلی این تحقیق بررسی تاثیر فناوری اطلاعات بر بهره وری منابع انسانی جامعه هدف می باشد. این تحقیق از نظر هدف، کاربردی، از نظر روش گردآوری داده ها توصیفی پیمایشی و از لحاظ زمان مقطعی می باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل 2000 نفر از کارکنان انتظامی شهرستان ارومیه می باشد که از این میان 250 نفر به عنوان نمونه به صورت خوشه ای انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری اطلاعات مورد نیاز این تحقیق، از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته که روائی و پایائی آن نیز مورد سنجش قرار گرفت و الگوی انکتاد به عنوان چارچوب مفهومی تحقیق تعیین و از آزمون همبستگی اسپیرمن جهت سنجش همبستگی میان متغییرها استفاده گردید. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد بهره وری کارکنان از متغیر مستقل آی تی با مولفه های سخت افزار، نرم افزار، اینترنت تاثیر می پذیرد و سخت افزار بیشترین سهم در تبیین متغیر بهره وری کارکنان را دارد.

Investigating the effect of IT on the productivity of intelligence police personnel

Today, information and communications technology can be used as a powerful tool to improve the quality and efficiency of employees in organizations. The increasing development of tools based on these technologies and its rapid adaptation to human needs, has led to a new form of creative, active and inclusive learning and interactive environment in most organizations. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of information technology on the human resource productivity of the target community. In terms of purpose, this research is of applied type and in terms of data collection method, it is of descriptivesurvey type and in terms of time, it is of crosssectional type. The statistical population of the research includes 2000 law enforcement officers in Urmia, of which 250 were chosen as a cluster sample. To collect the information required for this research, a researchermade questionnaire was developed, the validity and reliability of which were also assessed. The results showed that employee productivity is affected by the independent IT variable with components of hardware, software, Internet and hardware has the largest share in explaining the employee productivity variable.
