نقش اشراف اطلاعاتی در جرم یابی و کشف جرم در واحد های جرم یابی ناجا

یکی از مهم ترین مسائل و مشکلات پیش روی واحد های جرم یابی در ماموریت ها که اغلب، کارکنان این واحدها را با تهدیدات و آسیب های جدی مواجه می سازد، عدم اشراف اطلاعاتی این واحدها در رابطه با جرم یابی وکشف جرایم فراروی آنان است که به منظور شناسایی این مشکل و به کارگیری راهکارها و اقدامات امنیتی و پیشگیرانه، ضرورت انجام پژوهشی در این زمینه مشهود است. لذا هدف کلی از انجام این پژوهش،بررسی نقش اشراف اطلاعاتی در جرم یابی و کشف جرم در واحد های جرم یابی ناجا و ارائه راهکارهای پیشگیرانه می باشد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر نوع و هدف، کاربردی و با رویکرد کیفی انجام گرفت. جامعه موردمطالعه این پژوهش، کارکنان پلیس های تخصصی به عنوان ضابطین دستگاه قضایی در واحدهای جرم یابی ناجا در زمینه موضوع موردپژوهش بود. با استفاده از نمونه گیری هدف مند و نظری20 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و نمونه گیری تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری ادامه داشت. ابزار مورداستفاده برای جمع آوری داده ها با تکنیک مصاحبه عمیق با افراد فوق که در رابطه با شناسایی، کشف و اثبات جرایم و در نهایت دستگیری مجرمین فعالیت داشتند، تدوین شده است. یافته ها نشان دادند که اشراف اطلاعاتی به عنوان یکی از نیازهای اساسی و بنیادین موفقیت واحد های جرم یابی در ناجا در زمینه جرم یابی و کشف جرایم می باشد و می تواند این واحد ها را درجهت را درجهت جرم یابی جرایم شامل؛ شناسایی، کشف و اثبات جرم و درنهایت دستگیری مجرمین و تبهکاران حرفه ای در حوزه ماموریتی یاری نماید. استفاده از نیروی انسانی متعهد و متخصص، دراختیار داشتن تجهیزات و فناوری های مناسب، منابع و مخبرین درنشانگاه های خبری، کسب اخبار واطلاعات از وضعیت جرم و مجرمین، در اختیار داشتن بانک های اطلاعاتی و در نهایت تهیه نیازمندی های ماموریتی در ایجاد اشرافیت اطلاعاتی موثر می باشند. با توجه نقش موثراشراف اطلاعاتی درشناسایی، کشف، اثبات و دستگیری مجرمین، احصاء عوامل تاثیرگذار و رفع مشکلات واحدهای جرم یابی دراین زمینه جهت موفقت هرچه بیشتر پلیس مورد تاکید است.

The Role of Information Superiority in Crime Tracing and Crime Detection in NAJA Tracing UnitsCrime

One of the most important problems and issues facing crime detection units in their missions which sometimes put the staff of these units in harma’s way is lack of information superiority of these units in terms of crime tracing and detection facing them. To identify this problem and utilize solutions and take preventive security measures, it is necessary to conduct such research in ths regard. Therefore; the general objective of this research is to investigate the role of information superiority in crime tracing and detection in NAJA crime tracing units and to present preventive solutions. The present research is of applied type from type and objective perspectives and it with a qualitative approach. The study society includes specialized police staff as law enforcement agents in NAJA crime tracing units regarding the research subject. Using purposeful and hypothetical sampling, 20 persons were selected as samples and the process of sampling conitued till achieving hypothetical saturation. The tools used to collect data were presented with deep interview technique with the said people regarding identification, discovery and proving of crimes and finally arresting criminals. The findings show that information superiority is considered as one of the fundamental and necessary requirements of success in NAJA crime tracing units in the fields of crime detection and tracing and it can help these units in crime tracing measures such as identification, discovery, proving of crime and finally arresting professional criminals and gangs in police missions. Using committed and skilled human resources, having appropriate equipment and technology, informatns and sources at information spots, obtaining information about crimes and criminals, having data banks and finally preparing mission requirements in establishing information superiority are all very effective. In regards to the effective role of information superiority in identification, discovery and proving of crimes and arresting criminals, obtaining effective factors, eliminating the problems of crime tracing units are all emphasized for the success of police.
