بررسی میزان تاثیر عوامل اقتصادی موثر بر جعل اسناد در کشور با استفاده از مدل اتورگرسیو فضایی - مانی

وقوع جرم به‌عنوان یک پدیده نامطلوب اجتماعی، علل اقتصادی و اجتماعی متعددی داشته و با توجه به اهمیت موضوع جرم در کشورهای مختلف، در سال‌های اخیر مطالعات گسترده‌ای برای شناسایی و تبیین علل وقوع آن انجام‌شده است. باید اذعان داشت که عوامل اقتصادی، عامل اساسی برای تمام ساختارهای اجتماعی بوده و تاثیرات قابل‌توجهی بر روی فعالیت‌های فردی ازجمله وقوع جرم دارد. این مقوله در سال‌های اخیر در کشور موردتوجه قرارگرفته و تحقیق حاضر کوششی در این راستا است. این تحقیق از حیث نوع و هدف، کاربردی و ازنظر  ماهیت توصیفی با استفاده از تکنیک پیمایشی به‌صورت تحلیلاستنباطی است که با استفاده از مدل اتو رگرسیو فضاییزمانی با اثرات تصادفی، عوامل اقتصادی جرم جعل اسناد در کشور ایران طی دوره‌ای 10 ساله (1395-1385) موردبررسی قرارگرفته است. در دوره موردبررسی، متغیرهای بیکاری، فقر نسبی به ترتیب با فراوانی 14 درصد و 10 درصد بر جرم جعل اسناد در کشور تاثیرگذار بوده به‌طوری‌که افزایش آن ها موجب افزایش نرخ جعل اسناد شده است و متغیر صنعتی شدن به میزان 30 درصد موجب کاهش نرخ جعل اسناد گردیده است. متغیرهای نظری بیکاری، فقر نسبی با ارتکاب به جرم جعل اسناد رابطه معنی دار و مستقیم داشته اما صنعتی شدن رابطه معکوس دارد. همچنین متغیر اقتصادی نابرابری درآمدی در تحلیل معنی دار نشد.

Investigating the Effects of Economic Factors on Document Forgery in Iran Using Spatial- Temporal Autoregressive Model

Committing crimes as an unpleasant social phenomenon has economic and social causes and in regards to the importance of the issue of crimes in different countries, comprehensive studies have been carried out to identify and determine the causes of committing crimes. It is believed that economic factors are the main factor for all the social structures and have noticeable impacts on the individual activities including committing crimes. This issue has recently gained attention in Iran and the present research is an attempt in this regard. This research is of applied type from type and objective standpoint and of analytical reasoning type from descriptive nature using surveying technique which seeks to investigate the economic factors of the crime of document forgery during a tenyear period (13851395) in Iran in which the Spatial Temporal Autoregressive Model is used together with random effects. In the investigated period, unemployment variances, relative poverty affect the crime of document forgery in Iran with the frequency of 17 percent and 10 percent respectively in a way that their increase causes increase in the rate of document forgery crime and the variance of industrialization as much as 30 percent causes the reduction of the rate of document forgery. Theoretical variances of unemployment, relative poverty have direct and meaningful relations with the committing the crime of document forgery, but industrialization has a reverse relation. Moreover, the economic variance of income inequality was not meaningful in the analysis.
