جرائم ارتکابی در بستر وب تاریک

پژوهش حاضر با هدف و به منظور شناخت انواع جرائم در بستر وب تاریک و همچنین ابعاد تاثیرگذار وب تاریک در گسترش جرائم صورت گرفته است. انجام شده است. ناشناس بودن پیرامون وب تاریک، راه بسیاری از فعالیت‌های غیرقانونی را هموار می‌کند. دسترسی به این ‌وب راهکارهای خاصی را می‌طلبد و محتوایی اغلب غیرمنتظره در آن تبادل می‌شود. این محتوا در بیشتر موارد غیرقانونی و غیراخلاقی بوده و دلیل تاریک نامیدن این بخش از همان جا نشات گرفته است. همچنین یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد، رشد سریع تکنولوژی، فضای سایبری در سراسر جهان را با تهدید و چالش مهمی مواجه نموده است. دسترسی به شبکه‌های دارک‌وب راحت نیست، اما همه چیز در آن‌ها خرید و فروش می‌شود؛ از موادمخدر و ارز تقلبی گرفته تا اعضای بدن انسان و حتی قاتل! نکته مهم در شبکه دارک‌وب اینکه چه چیزهایی را می‌توان در این شبکه‌ها خرید یا فروخت، باید اینطور گفت: هر چیزی که در دنیای عادی نمی‌توانید به راحتی به آن دسترسی پیدا کنید را می‌توانید در این شبکه‌ها بخرید. این جنایات تا حدی گسترده شده است زیرا دانش فنی مجرمان نیز پیشرفته‌تر شده است. این پژوهش با رویکرد کاربردی و روش کیفی و با بهره گیری از ابزارهایی مانند مطالعات اسنادی، کتابخانه ای و بررسی سوابق، بررسی تحلیلی اخبار، مصاحبه با خبرگان و تحلیل محتوا سعی گردیده تا ابتدا تعاریف کلی از اصطلاحات تخصصی و پرکاربرد، چگونگی شکل گیری دارک وب و خصوصیات آن معرفی و سپس به انواع جرایم ارتکابی در بستر وب تاریک، بازارها و سایت های معروف در این بستر، کالاها و خدمات غیرقانونی و مجرمانه ارائه شده در این حوزه و تکنیک هایی برای یافتن مجرمان در وب عمیق، پرداخته شده است.

This research is intended, with a practical approach and qualitative method and using tools such as documentary studies, libraries and review of records, analytical review of news, interviews with experts and content analysis , to firstly provide general definitions of specialized and widely used terms, how to form dark web and its characteristics and then introduce all kinds of crimes committed in the dark web platform, markets and famous sites in this platform, illegal and criminal goods and services provided in this field and techniques for finding criminals in the deep web, as well.
