رابطه میزان استفاده از آی تی با خلاقیت افسران پلیس آگاهی

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه بین کاربرد فناوری اطلاعات و بروز خلاقیت افسران کشف جرم است. تحقیق از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی و روش آن از نوع توصیفی همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه افسران کشف جرم پلیس آگاهی فرماندهی انتظامی استان آذربایجان غربی در سال 1398 مجموعاً 350 نفر می باشند با استفاده از جدول نمونه گیری مورگان، 180 نفر به عنوان معرف جامعه مشخص گردید. روش نمونه گیری در این پژوهش به صورت خوشه ای چند مرحله ای است ، مهمترین ابزار اندازه گیری این تحقیق در جمع آوری داده ها و اطلاعات موردنیاز پرسشنامه بوده است که در این پژوهش از: 1) پرسشنامه استاندارد خلاقیت عابدی و 2) پرسشنامه محقق ساخته کاربرد فناوری اطلاعات، استفاده شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss و روشهای آمارتوصیفی و شاخص های پراکندگی و آزمون همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شده است. تحقیق انجام یافته دارای یک سوال اصلی و چهار سوال فرعی می باشد یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد که میان کاربرد it و خلاقیت افسران کشف جرم رابطه معنادار وجوددارد. مقدار این رابطه برمبنای ضریب همبستگی پیرسون r= 0/. 6 می باشد. همچنین این پژوهش نشان می دهد که میان کاربرد it و هریک از مولفه های خلاقیت افسران کشف جرم نیز رابطه معنادار وجود دارد. بنابراین از انجام این تحقیق نتیجه گرفت شد با افزایش سطح مهارت اینترنت و سطح توانایی های رایانه ای،میزان خلاقیت افسران کشف جرم پلیس آگاهی انتظامی استان آذربایجان غربی افزایش پیدا می کند.

The Relationship of the Rate of Using IT with Creativity of CID Officers

The present research is intended to investigate the relationship between IT usage and emergence of creativity of crime detection officers.The research type is of applied studies and its method is of descriptivecorrelative type. The target population includes CID crime detection officers of Western Azarbaijan Police Command in 1398 totalling 350 people using Morgan Sampling Table and 180 people as introducers of the target population. The sampling method in this research is in multistage cluster type. The most important measuring tool in this research is gathering required data and information of the questionnaire in which: 1) Abedi Creativity Standard and 2) IT researchmade questionnaire are used.To analyze the data, the SPSS Software and Descriptive statistics methods and dispersion indexes and Pierson Correlation Test have been used, as well. The conducted research has a main question and four secondary questions. The findings of the research show that there is a meaningful relationship between IT usage and creativity of crime detection officers. The amount of this relationship is r= 0/. 6 based on Pierson Correlation Coefficient. In addition, this research indicates that there is a meaningful relationship between IT usage and any of the parameters of the creativity of crime detection officers. Therefore; this research concludes that by increasing Internet skill levels and computerenabled capability levels, the rate of the creativity of crime detection officers of West Azarbaijan CID crime detection officers will increase, as well.
