تحلیل وقوع انواع سرقت در عظیمیه کرج در سال 1394 با تاکید بر اقدامات پیشگیرانه

جرم سرقت در بعد زمانی و مکانی رخ می دهد که این ابعاد تاثیر بسزایی در وقوع این جرم دارند. برای پیشگیری از سرقت، شناخت و بررسی مکان و زمان وقوع آن اهمیت فراوانی دارند زیرا به این وسیله می توان راه های پیشگیری از سرقت را کشف کرد. با توجه به اینکه عظیمه میزان قابل توجهی وقوع سرقت را به خود اختصاص داده است لذا این پژوهش به تحلیل وقوع انواع سرقت در محدوده ی مکانی عظیمیه(استان البرز) در سال 1394 می پردازد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی تحلیلی است. داده های مورد استفاده در این پژوهش از یکی از کلانتری ها در محدوده موردنظردریافت شده است. آمارها نشان می دهد بیشترین نوع سرقت، داخل خودرو با 38.67 درصد می باشد. پراکندگی وقوع سرقت در فصول نیز متفاوت است به طوری که بیشترین میزان سرقت در فصل پاییز با 27.65 درصد بوده است. ناگفته نماند در سه ماهه اول سال 1395با کشف سرقت بالاتری نسبت زمان مشابه در سال 1394 روبرو بوده ایم و این نشان کارامدی در کشف جرایم توسط ضابطان است. برای پیشگری از سرقت داخل خوردرو می توان اقداماتی از جمله تامین پارکینگ برای مراکز تجاری و توجه بیشتر به مناطق مجاور عظیمیه( که عمدتا مسکن در آن ها ارزان تر می باشد)را مدنظر قرار داد.

Analysis of the Occurrence of Kinds of Theft in Azimiyeh of Karaj Town in the Year 1394 Emphasizing Preventive Measures

The crime of theft occurs in time and location dimension where these dimensions dramatically affect the occurrence of this kind of crime. In order to prevent theft, recognizing and investigating the location and time of its occurrence is of utmost importance because the preventive ways of theft can be detected using this method. In regards to the fact that Azimiyeh has shown a considerable rate of theft occurrence, therefore; this research deals with analyzing the occurrence of different kinds of theft in the spatial vicinity of Azimiyeh (Alborz Province) in 1394. This research is of applied type in terms of objective and descriptiveanalytical in terms of method. The applied data in this research have been obtained from one of the police stations in the area of interest. Statistics show that the highest rate of theft is stealing items inside vehicles with 38/67 percent. Dispersion of theft occurrence differs in various seasons in a way that the highest rate belongs to the autumn season with 27/65 percent. It is noteworthy to say that during the first three months of the year 1395, we have witnessed the detection of higher rate theft compared to similar time in 1394 and this shows high competency in crime detection by law enforcement agents. To prevent stealing items inside vehicles, we can consider such measures as providing parking lots for commercial centers and paying more attention to areas near Azimiyeh (where housing is often cheaper).
