شاخص‌های آموزش عملیاتی پلیس زنان در یگان ویژه

زمینه و هدف: با توجه به نوپا بودن پلیس زنان یگان ویژه، امر آموزش و به کارگیری این نیروها از اهمیت دوچندانی برخوردار است که مقاله حاضر با هدف شناخت شاخص های آموزش عملیاتی پلیس زنان در یگان ویژه انجام شد. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی ، با رویکرد کیفی تحلیل مضمونی و با مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته انجام شد. مشارکت کنندگان در پژوهش شامل فرماندهان و مدیران ارشد یگان های ویژه فراجا و خبرگان مطلع از موضوع شامل بانوان پلیس شاغل در یگان های ویژه به تعداد 20 نفر بود، برای تحلیل داده ها از تکنیک تحلیل مضمون استفاده شده است، برای اعتبار و روایی تحقیق کیفی از تکنیک‌ تثلیث استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: آموزش عملیاتی پلیس زنان یگان ویژه از 33 مضمون پایه، 7 مضمون سازمان دهنده و 3 مضمون فراگیر تشکیل شده است، 36 درصد مضامین در مضمون فراگیر در بخش عمومی، 45 درصد در مضمون فراگیر فردی و 19 درصد نیز در مضمون فراگیر علمی، دانش و بصیرتی قرار می‌گیرند.نتایج: در شاخص عمومی مهارت های انتظامی و امنیتی، بکارگیری تجهیزات تخصصی و مهارت های اطلاعاتی در شاخص های فردی ، مهارت های روانشناختی و مهارت های جسمانی و در شاخص های علمی، دانشی و بصیرتی توجه به حقوق شهروندی ، تکلیف شهروندی و آموزش قوانین و آیین نامه ها باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد.

background and purpose: due to the new nature of the police women in the special unit, the training and employment of these forces is of double importance.method: the current research was conducted with a qualitative approach of thematic analysis and a semi-structured interview. the participants in the research include the commanders and senior managers of faraja special units and experts who are knowledgeable about the subjectthere were 20 policewomen working in special units, thematic analysis technique was used for data analysis, trinity technique was used for validity and reliability of qualitative research.findings: the police operational training of the special unit consists of 33 basic themes, 7 organizing themes and 3 comprehensive themes, 36% of the themes are in the inclusive theme in the public sector, 45% in the inclusive individual theme and 19% in the inclusive scientific theme. knowledge and insight are placed.results: in the general index of law enforcement and security skills, the use of specialized equipment and information skills in individual indicators, psychological skills and physical skills, and in the scientific, knowledge and insight indicators, attention to citizenship rights, citizenship duties and law education and regulations must be taken into account.
