تحلیل نقش زنان در امنیت‌سازی با تاکید بر آموزه‌های دینی و ملی

زمینه و هدف: امنیت‌سازی، به‌عنوان یکی از ارکان کلیدی توسعه پایدار و حفظ انسجام اجتماعی، شناخته می‌شود. زنان، به‌عنوان نیمی از جامعه، نقشی دوگانه ایفا می‌کنند: نقش مستقیم در پیشگیری از بحران‌ها و مدیریت امنیت اجتماعی و نقش غیرمستقیم در تربیت نسل‌های آینده و تقویت هنجارهای اجتماعی. این مقاله با هدف تحلیل نقش زنان در امنیت‌سازی تدوین شده است.روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش از روش تحقیق توصیفی-تحلیلی بهره گرفته است. منابع مکتوب و اسناد مرتبط مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته و از چارچوب‌های نظری مرتبط، شامل نظریه نقش‌های اجتماعی و امنیت انسانی، برای تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شده است.یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد زنان با ایفای نقش محوری در خانواده، جامعه و نهادهای امنیتی، تاثیر شگرفی بر تقویت امنیت اجتماعی و کاهش خشونت دارند. آن‌ها از طریق آموزش ارزش‌های امنیت‌محور، تقویت همبستگی اجتماعی و حضور در تصمیم‌گیری‌های امنیتی، به پایداری نظم و ارتقای اعتماد عمومی کمک می‌کنند.نتیجه‌گیری: مشارکت فعال زنان در امنیت‌سازی نه‌تنها به کاهش نابرابری‌ها و تقویت عدالت اجتماعی کمک می‌کند، بلکه ابزار موثری برای تقویت نظم و امنیت اجتماعی است. پیشنهاد می‌شود سیاست‌هایی برای افزایش آموزش، توانمندسازی و مشارکت زنان در حوزه‌های امنیتی طراحی شود تا از ظرفیت‌های آنان به‌طور کامل بهره‌برداری شود.

analyzing the role of women in security with an emphasis on religious and national teachings

background and objective: security-building, as one of the key pillars of sustainable development and social cohesion, plays a crucial role in strengthening internal stability. women, as half of society, play a dual role: a direct role in preventing crises and managing social security, and an indirect role in educating future generations and reinforcing social norms. this paper aims to analyze the role of women in security-building and its connection to domestic security. methodology: this research employs a descriptive-analytical method. written sources and relevant documents have been analyzed, and theoretical frameworks, including social role theory and human security theory, have been used to interpret the data. findings: the findings reveal that women, by playing a central role in families, society, and security institutions, have a profound impact on enhancing social security and reducing violence. through teaching security-oriented values, strengthening social cohesion, and participating in security decision-making processes, women contribute to maintaining order and increasing public trust. conclusion: active participation of women in security-building not only reduces inequalities and strengthens social justice but also serves as an effective tool for maintaining internal order and security. it is recommended that policies be designed to enhance women's education, empowerment, and participation in security sectors to fully leverage their capacities.
