شیوه‌های نوین اصلاح رفتار و بازپروری بزهکاران

زمینه و هدف: روش های نوینِ برخورد با بزهکاران، بر اجتماعی سازی مجدد و بازگشت آن ها به جامعه تاکید دارند. هدف این مطالعه، شناسایی و معرفی شیوه های نوین اصلاح رفتار و بازپروری بزهکاران برای کاهش بزهکاری و جلوگیری از تکرار جرم در کودکان و نوجوانان بود.روش: در این پژوهش، از روش مرور نظام مند برای استخراج و تحلیل داده ها استفاده شده است. داده ها از پایگاه های اطلاعاتی معتبر بین المللی مانند scopus و pubmed و پایگاه های ایرانی نظیر نورمگز و سیویلیکا در بازه زمانی 2000 تا 2023 جمع آوری شدند. برای تضمین روایی و پایایی یافته ها، از معیارهای ارزیابی کیفیت مطالعات و نرم افزارهای endnote و nvivo استفاده شده و تمام مراحل استخراج داده ها توسط دو پژوهشگر مستقل انجام شد.یافته ها و نتایج: مطالعه نشان داد که روش های گروه درمانی، زندگی در مسکن گروهی، حمایت از خانواده بزهکار، مشاوره خانوادگی و ایجاد فرصت های حرفه آموزی، تاثیر مثبتی در کاهش بزهکاری و بازگشت مجدد به جامعه دارند. همچنین، یافته ها حکایت از موثر بودن اقدامات حمایتی اجتماعی در ارتقای انطباق پذیری اجتماعی نوجوانان بزهکار دارد. برای بهبود اثربخشی برنامه های بازپروری و پیشگیری از بزهکاری، لازم است که خدمات پیشگیری در سطح سوم یعنی کانون های اصلاح و تربیت و زندان ها، در ایران به طور جدی تغییر کند و اصلاحات بنیادین در سیاست گذاری و برنامه ریزی در سطوح مختلف کشور اعمال شود. این اصلاحات باید به طور خاص بر توانمندسازی نهادهای اجتماعی و افزایش همکاری میانآن ها تاکید داشته باشد.

background and aim: modern approaches to dealing with offenders emphasize their reintegration into society and re-socialization. the aim of this study was to identify and introduce modern methods of behavior modification and rehabilitation of offenders to reduce delinquency and prevent recidivism in children and adolescents. method: this study used a systematic review method to extract and analyze data. data were collected from reputable international databases such as scopus and pubmed, as well as iranian databases like noormagz and civilica, covering the period from 2000 to 2023. to ensure the validity and reliability of the findings, quality assessment criteria for studies and software such as endnote and nvivo were used, with all data extraction stages conducted by two independent researchers.results and conclusion: the study showed that group therapy, living in group housing, supporting the offender's family, family counseling, and creating vocational training opportunities positively impacted reducing delinquency and reintegrating offenders into society. additionally, the findings indicated the effectiveness of social support measures in enhancing the social adaptability of delinquent adolescents. to improve the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs and prevent delinquency, it is necessary to make serious changes at the third level of prevention, including reform and training centers and prisons in iran. fundamental reforms should be applied in policymaking and planning at different levels of the country, with a particular focus on empowering social institutions and increasing cooperation among them.
