اولویت بندی شاخص های موثر بر ضرورت حضور پلیس زن در جامعه

زمینه و هدف: برای برقراری امنیت اجتماعی، نقش پلیس زن به ویژه در حمایت از گروه های آسیب پذ یر مانند کودکان، دختران فراری و زنان بی سرپرست بسیار حیاتی است . این پژوهش با هدف تحلیل و اولویت بندی شاخص های موثر بر ضرورت حضور پلیس زن در جامعه انجام شده است. روش : این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی و از نظر جمع آوری و تحلیل داده ها ترکیبی(کیفی-کمی) است.جامعه آماری این پژوهش، خبرگان انتظامی(فرماندهان مستقر در کلانتری های تهران بزرگ و اساتید دانشگاه امام حسن مجتبی(ع)) بودند که 30 نفر آن ها مصاحبه شدند. داده ها با مصاحبه ساختارمند و جدول کیو جمع آوری شدند. پایایی جدول گزاره های کیو به میزان 82 % محاسبه شد.یافته ها : یافته ها نشان می دهند که شش مدل ذهنی برای تعیین شاخص های موثر بر حضور پلیس زن در جامعه وجود دارد. این شاخص ها شامل تقویت ارتباطات بین زنان، ترویج حقوق زنان، و افزایش امنیت اجتماعی هستند. این موارد اهمیت حضور پلیس زن را در حمایت از گروه های آسیب پذیر و ارتقاء امنیت اجتماعی نشان می دهند.نتایج: نتایج این پژوهش حاکی از آن است که حضور پلیس زن در جامعه، به ویژه در حمایت از گروه های آسیب پذیر مانند کودکان و زنان بی سرپرست، از اهمیت بسزایی برخوردار است. شناسایی شش مدل ذهنی موثر بر این حضور، به درک عمیق تری از نیازهای اجتماعی و چالش های موجود کمک می کند. علاوه بر این، فعالیت های فرهنگی و ترویج حقوق زنان به عنوان شاخص های کلیدی مطرح شدند که می توانند به ارتقاء امنیت اجتماعی و بهبود شرایط زندگی در جوام محلی منجر شوند. این یافته ها بر ضرورت توجه به نقش پلیس زن در تقویت امنیت و حمایت از حقو آسیب پذیران تاکید دارند. در نهایت،پژوهش حاضر می تواند به عنوان راهگشای سیاست گذاری های موثر در این حوزه تلقی شود.

prioritization of factors influencing the necessity of female police presence in society

background and aim: the role of female police officers is crucial in maintaining social security, especially in supporting vulnerable groups such as children, runaway girls, and homeless women. this research aims to analyze and prioritize the factors that highlight the necessity of female police presence in society.method: this study is applied in nature and uses a mixed-methods approach (qualitative-quantitative) in its execution. the statistical population consists of law enforcement experts (commanders stationed at tehran's police stations and professors from imam hassan mojtaba university), with 30 individuals being interviewed. data were collected through structured interviews and a q-methodology table, with the reliability of the q-statements table calculated at 82%.results: the findings reveal six mental models that identify the key factors influencing the necessity of female police presence in society. these factors include enhancing communication among women, promoting women's rights, and increasing social security. these factors underscore the importance of female police in supporting vulnerable groups and improving social security.conclusion: the results of this research indicate that the presence of female police officers, particularly in supporting vulnerable groups like children and homeless women, is of great significance. identifying six mental models influencing this presence helps in gaining a deeper understanding of social needs and existing challenges. additionally, cultural activities and the promotion of women's rights were identified as key factors that can lead to enhanced social security and improved living conditions in local communities. these findings emphasize the need to consider the role of female police in strengthening security and protecting the rights of vulnerable groups. ultimately, this research can serve as a guide for effective policy-making in this field.
