آسیب شناسی بکارگیری پلیس زن در ماموریت های یگان ویژه ( با تاکید بر مردم یاری و کنترل اجتماعات ورزشی)

زمینه و هدف: نظر به زمینه سازی برای حضور زنان در ورزشگاه ها، تشکیل پلیس زن در یگان های ویژه ناجا بعنوان یک راهبرد کلان برای پاسخگویی بموقع، منطقی و متناسب با اصول حرفه ای در تقابل با تهدیدات خاص حوزه زنان در سطح ناجا شکل گرفت. پژوهش حاضر به دنبال بررسی آسیب شناسی پلیس زن در ماموریت های کنترل اجتماعات ورزشی و مردم یاری یگان ویژه بر آمده است.روش: تحقیق حاضر از روش کیفی و با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل محتوای کیفی تجمعی طی مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته با 18 نفر از فرماندهان، معاونین یگانهای ویژه ناجا و پلیس های زن انتظامی استان کرمانشاه که تخصص، دانش و تجربه لازم را در امور اطلاعاتی و عملیاتی همچنین ماموریت های یگان ویژه داشته، به صورت هدفمند و گلوله برفی انتخاب و از نظرات و دیدگاه های آنان در پژوهش حاضر بهره گرفته شده است.یافته ها: حاکی از ان است که حضور پلیس زن ماموریت کنترل اجتماعات ورزشی و عملیات های مردم یاری با آسیب های بالفعل و بالقوه ای روبرو است. نتیجه گیری: اقدامات زیر بنایی شامل جذب و بکارگیری مستقیم، آموزش های تخصصی، توجه ویژه به ارتقاء توان جسمی و ورزش های رزمی، سازماندهی منسجم، امکانات زیستی مناسب، طراحی لباس های متناسب با ماموریت، برنامه ریزی تمرینات میدانی و مداخله در رزمایش های فرضی پیش زمینه حضور پلیس زن در ماموریت های یگان ویژه است.

background and aim: in order to pave the way for the presence of women in stadiums, the formation of women police in naja special units was formed as a macro strategy to respond in a timely, rational and professional manner to specific threats to women in naja. . the present study seeks to investigate the pathology of female police officers in the control missions of sports communities and the people of the special unitmethod: the present study is a qualitative method using a cumulative qualitative content analysis technique during a semi-structured interview with 18 commanders, deputies of special units of the naja and female police officers of kermanshah province who have the necessary expertise, knowledge and experience in intelligence matters and operations also have special unit missions, are purposefully selected and snowballs are selected and their views and opinions are used in the present study.results: it indicates that the presence of female police officers in the mission to control sports communities and public aid operations is facing actual and potential harm.conclusion: infrastructural measures including direct recruitment and employment, specialized training, special attention to the promotion of physical strength and martial arts, coherent organization, appropriate biological facilities, design of clothing appropriate to the mission, planning field exercises and intervening in exercises the premise is the background of the presence of female police in special unit missions.
