عوامل موثر در موفقیت تیم تیراندازی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین در مسابقات دانشجویان دانشگاه‎های نظامیان جهان(روسیه 2022)

زمینه و هدف: کسب موفقیت ورزشکاران در مسابقات ورزشی دانشجویان دانشگاه‎های نظامیان جهان از موضوعاتی است که برای نیروهای مسلح از اهمیت ویژه‎ای برخوردار است. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی عوامل موثر در موفقیت تیم تیراندازی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین در مسابقات دانشجویان دانشگاه‎های نظامیان جهان(روسیه 2022) بود.روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش کیفی از نوع تحلیل محتوا است. مشارکت کنندگان پژوهش را کارشناسان ورزشی و ورزشکاران اعزامی به مسابقات تشکیل دادند و با انجام 18 مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته، اشباع نظری حاصل شد. روایی و اعتبار نتایج پژوهش در بخش کیفی با چهار ملاک باورپذیری، تاییدپذیری، قابلیت اطمینان و انتقال‌پذیری تایید شدند. برای تحلیل داده از کدگذاری باز، کدگذاری محوری و در مرحله پایانی کدگذاری انتخابی استفاده شد.یافته ها و نتایج: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد عوامل موثر در موفقیت تیم تیراندازی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین در مسابقات دانشجویان دانشگاه‎های نظامیان جهان(روسیه 2022) شامل 51 کد باز و 23 کد محوری و 5 کد گزینشی می باشد. عوامل موثر در موفقیت تیم تیراندازی دانشجویان پنج دسته عوامل(عوامل مدیریتی، عوامل انسانی، عوامل اقتصادی، امکانات و تجهیزات و عوامل فردی) می باشد. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ، ﺳﯿﺎﺳتگذاران،مسئولان و مدیران ورزش فراجا می توانند با استفاده ازﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎ و ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎی ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎییﺷﺪه،ضمن حفظ موفقیت های کسب شده در جهت حضور موفق تر دانشجویان در مسابقات بین المللی برنامه ریزی مناسب داشته باشند. بنابراین، توجّه به این عوامل می‎تواند موفقیت‎های آینده را پیش‎بینی نماید.

effective factors in the success of the shooting team of amin police university cadets in the military universities' competitions(russia, 2022)

background and aim: the success of athletes in sports competitions among students of military universities is a matter of special importance for armed forces. the aim of this research was to identify the effective factors in the success of the shooting team of amin police university students in the 2022 competitions among military university students (russia).method: this study was applied in terms of objective and qualitative in terms of content analysis. the participants of the research included sports experts and athletes participating in the competitions, and through conducting 18 semi-structured interviews, theoretical saturation was achieved. the validity and reliability of the research results in the qualitative section were confirmed through four criteria: credibility, confirmability, dependability, and transferability. open coding, axial coding, and selective coding were used for data analysis.results and conclusion: the research results showed that the effective factors in the success of the shooting team of amin police university students in the 2022 competitions among military university students (russia) included 51 open codes, 23 axial codes, and 5 selective codes. the effective factors in the success of the shooting team were classified into five categories (management factors, human factors, economic factors, facilities and equipment, and individual factors). coaches, officials, and sports managers can maintain the achieved successes and plan for better success in international competitions by utilizing proper planning through understanding and addressing these factors. therefore, attention to these factors can predict future successes.
