مطالعۀ تطبیقی الگوهای مشارکت پلیس- مدرسه با هدف پیشگیری از آسیب‌های اجتماعی با نگاهی به جایگاه پلیس زن

زمینه و هدف: شیوع و تنوع آسیب‌های اجتماعی در مدارس، همواره از مسائل مهم آموزش و پرورش بوده است. مطالعۀ حاضر با رویکرد تطبیقی، به بررسی الگوهای مشارکت پلیس-مدرسه در جهان و ایران با تاکید بر جایگاه پلیس زن در پیشگیری از آسیب‌های اجتماعی در مدارس پرداخته است. روش: این پژوهش به صورت مطالعه تطبیقی و با مروری بر مستندات و منابع آرشیوی مرتبط با پلیس مدرسه از جمله مقالات، کتب و وب‌سایت‌های سازمان‌های پلیسی کشورهای مختلف در بازه زمانی 99-1398 انجام شده است.یافته‌ها و نتایج: مطالعه نشان داد دو رویکرد سنتی و تلفیقی و سه الگوی مشارکت پلیس-مدرسه شامل: برنامه‌های پلیس مبتنی بر مدرسه؛ پلیس به عنوان «معلم»؛ و برنامه‌های جامع پلیس رابط با مدارس، در کشورهای مختلف وجود دارد و الگوهای مشارکت پلیس-مدرسه، فارغ از جنسیت پلیس یا دانش‌آموزان در مدارس هدف تعریف شده است. مقایسه الگوهای جهانی مشارکت پلیس-مدرسه با الگوی موجود در ایران، نشان داد که آسیب‌محور و فعال بودن و مبتنی بر برنامۀ از پیش توافق‌شده بین سازمان پلیس با مدارس برای ورود و حضور پلیس در مدارس، در سایر کشورها و تقاضامحور، مقطعی و مبتنی بر نیاز مدرسه بودن ورود پلیس به مدرسه با تاکید بر مشارکت خود دانش‌آموزان در پیشگیری از آسیب‌های اجتماعی در ایران، از جمله تفاوت‎های موجود است و در جامعه ایران، لزوم تعریف نقش پیشگیرانه برای پلیس زن در مدارس با عنایت به ملاحظات فرهنگی آن احساس می‌شود.

a comparative study of police-school contribution models with the aim of preventing social harms by looking at the position of female police officers

background and aim: the prevalence of social injuries in schools has always been one of the important problems of the education institution, adolescents, and youth in all countries, and police cooperation with schools to reduce social injuries in various ways has been the subject of theoretical and empirical discussions. therefore, the current study has investigated the models of police-school cooperation in various countries and iran with a comparative approach looking at the role of policewomen in preventing social injuries in schools. method: the research method is a comparative study with a review of archival sources.results and conclusion: an archival review of sources and documents revealed two traditional and integrated approaches and the three police-school participation models, including school-based police officer programs; the police as &teacher& and comprehensive approach were observed in different countries. also, the models of police-school participation are defined, regardless of the gender of the police or students in the target schools. comparison of the global models of police-school participation with the existing model in iran, indicating important differences such as injuries -based, active and based on a pre-planned program between the police organization and schools for police entry and presence in schools in other countries and the demand-oriented, cross-sectional and school-based need for the police entry to the schools, emphasizing the participation of students in the prevention of social injuries in iran. also, there is a need to define a preventive role for women police in schools, taking into account the cultural considerations of iranian society.
