شناسایی شاخص های اجرای مدیریت راهبردی پلیس در پیشگیری ازبزه دیدگی

زﻣﯿﻨﻪ وﻫﺪف: ﺣﻀﻮر و ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ زﻧﺎن در ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ در ﮐﻨﺎر ﺧﺼﻮﺻﯿﺎت ﺧﺎص زﯾﺴﺘﯽ آن ﻫﺎ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﺷﺪه ﺗﺎ ﻫﺪف ﻫﺎی ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﯽ ﺑﺮای ﺑﺰﻫﮑﺎران ﺑﺎﻟﻘﻮه ﻗﻠﻤﺪاد ﺷﻮﻧﺪ. ﻫﺪف اﯾ ﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎ ﯾﯽ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎ ی اﺟﺮ ای ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ راﻫﺒﺮدی ﭘﻠﯿﺲ در ﭘﯿﺸﮕﯿﺮی از ﺑﺰه دﯾﺪﮔﯽ زﻧﺎن اﺳﺖ. روش: اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدی، از ﺣﯿﺚ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺖ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ - ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﯽ و از ﻧﻈﺮ روش ﮐﯿﻔﯽ اﺳﺖ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎری ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ را ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن ﺣﻮزه ﺟﺮاﺋﻢ زﻧﺎن در ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﭘﻠ ﯿﺲ، ﻗﻮه ﻗﻀﺎ ﯾﯿﻪ، آﻣﻮز ش و ﭘﺮورش، ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﺑﻬﺰﯾﺴﺘﯽ و ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن زﻧﺪان ﻫﺎ ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ داده اﻧﺪ و ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺪﻓﻤﻨﺪ 14 ﻧﻔﺮی از آﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. اﺑﺰار ﺟﻤﻊ آوری داده ﻫﺎ ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﻧﯿﻤﻪ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ و داده ﻫﺎی ﺟﻤﻊ آوری ﺷﺪه ﺑﻪ روش ﺗﺤﻠﯿ ﻞ ﻣﻀﻤﻮن و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰاز ﻣﮑﺲ ﮐﯿﻮدا ﻧﺴﺨﻪ 11 ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮای اﻃﻤﯿﻨﺎن از رواﯾﯽ از ﻧﻈﺮات اﺳﺎﺗﯿﺪ و ﺑﺮای ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ از روش ﺑﺎز آزﻣﻮن، ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ و ﺗﮑﺮار ﭘﺬﯾﺮی اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ و ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ: ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎی اﺟﺮای ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ راﻫﺒﺮدی ﭘﻠﯿﺲ در ﭘﯿﺸﮕﯿﺮی از ﺑﺰه دﯾ ﺪﮔﯽ زﻧﺎن، در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﭼﻬﺎر ﻣﻀﻤﻮن اﺻﻠﯽِ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ اﻫﺪاف و اوﻟﻮﯾﺖ ﻫﺎ، ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر و ﺳﺎﻣﺎﻧﻪ، ﺗﺨﺼﯿﺺ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ و اﻧﺘﺼﺎب، ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎ ﯾﯽ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ، اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از اﯾﻦ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎ در اﺟﺮای ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ راﻫﺒﺮدی ﭘﻠ ﯿﺲ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺸﯽ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ در ﺟﻬﺖ ﭘﯿﺸﮕﯿﺮی از ﺑﺰه دﯾﺪﮔﯽ زﻧﺎن ﺷﻮد و ﺑﻪ ﻧﻮﻋ ﯽ ﻣ ﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﺮ اﻣﻨﯿ ﺖ رواﻧ ﯽ زﻧﺎن در ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮﮔﺬاری ﻣﺜﺒﺘﯽ اﯾﺠﺎد ﻧﻤﺎﯾﺪ .

indicators of the implementation of police strategic management in preventing women victimization

background and aim: the presence and activity of women in the society, along with their special biological characteristics, makes them considered suitable targets for potential criminals. the purpose of this research is to identify the indicators of the strategic management of the police in prevention of victimization of women.method: this research is applied in terms of purpose with a descriptive-analytical which is conducted via a qualitative method. the statistical population of the research was made up of experts in the field of women's crimes in the police organization, judiciary, education, welfare organization and prisons organization, and a targeted sample of 14 of them was selected as a sample. the data collection tool is a semi-structured interview, and the collected data were analyzed using thematic analysis method using maxqda version 11 software. to ensure the validity of professors' opinions, and for reliability, open test method, comparison and repeatability were used.results and conclusion: the indicators of the implementation of the strategic management of the police in prevention of women's victimization were identified in the form of four main themes of determinations and priorities, determination of structure and system, allocation of resources and appointment. therefore, these indicators are used in the implementation of strategic police management.
