بررسی اثربخشی آموزش طرح ولایت بر هوش معنوی دانشجویان پلیس زن

زﻣﯿﻨﻪ و ﻫﺪف :ﻫﻮش ﻣﻌﻨﻮی ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان زﯾﺮﺑﻨﺎی ﺑﺎورﻫﺎی ﻓﺮد ﻧﻘﺶ اﺳﺎﺳﯽ در زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﻫﺎی ﮔﻮﻧﺎﮔﻮن زﻧﺪﮔﯽ اﻧﺴﺎن ﺑﻪ وﯾﮋه درﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺖ وﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﻧﻈﺎﻣﯽ از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ زﻧﺎن ﭘﻠﯿﺲ دارد.ﻫﺪف اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺸﯽ آﻣﻮزش ﻃﺮح وﻻﯾﺖ ﺑﺮ ﻫﻮش ﻣﻌﻨﻮی داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن ﭘﻠﯿﺲ زن ﺑﻮد. روش: ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، از ﺣﯿﺚ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺖ ﻫﺪف ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدی وروش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻮع ﻧﯿﻤﻪ آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻃﺮح ﭘﯿﺶ آزﻣﻮن و ﭘﺲ آزﻣﻮن ﺑﺎ ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﺑﻮد. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎری ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ را داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن ﭘﻠﯿﺲ زن در ﺳﺎل 1400 ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ دادﻧﺪ و 29 ﻧﻔﺮ از داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺳﺎده اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ، و در دو ﮔﺮوه آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ(15 ﻧﻔﺮ) و ﮐﻨﺘﺮل(14 ﻧﻔﺮ)ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺰﯾﻦ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. اﺑﺰار ﮔﺮدآوری دادهﻫﺎ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﻮش ﻣﻌﻨﻮی(ﺑﺪﯾﻊ و ﻫﻤﮑﺎران، 1389) ﺑﺎ آﻟﻔﺎی ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ 0/85 ﺑﻮد. ﺑﺮای اﺟﺮای ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﭘﯿﺶ از ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ از ﺷﺮﮐﺖ ﮐﻨﻨﺪﮔﺎن در ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺧﻮاﺳﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ ﺗﺎ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﮥ ﻫﻮش ﻣﻌﻨﻮی را ﺗﮑﻤﯿﻞ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ. ﺳﭙﺲ ﮔﺮوه آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان 125ﺳﺎﻋﺖ ﺑﺎ ﭘﺮوﺗﮑﻞ آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﻃﺮح وﻻﯾﺖ ﺗﺤﺖ آﻣﻮزش ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ و ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﻫﯿﭻ آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ درﯾﺎﻓﺖ ﻧﮑﺮدﻧﺪ. ﭘﺲ از ﭘﺎﯾﺎن ﺟﻠﺴﺎت در دو ﮔﺮوه آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ و ﮐﻨﺘﺮل، ﻣﺠﺪداً ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎی ﻫﻮش ﻣﻌﻨﻮی اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ و داده ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ آزﻣﻮن ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﮐﻮوارﯾﺎﻧﺲ در ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار آﻣﺎری spss ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺷﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ و ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ: ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ آﻣﻮزش ﻃﺮح وﻻﯾﺖ ﺑﺮ ﻫﻮش ﻣﻌﻨﻮی داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ دارد و ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ، آﻣﻮزش ﻃﺮح وﻻﯾﺖ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ در راﺳﺘﺎی ﺗﻘﻮﯾﺖ ﺑﺎورﻫﺎی دﯾﻨﯽ و ارﺗﻘﺎی ﻫﻮش ﻣﻌﻨﻮی داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.

investigating the effectiveness of velayat educational plan on spiritual intelligence of female police students

background and aim: spiritual intelligence, as the foundation of individual beliefs, plays an essential role in various fields of human life, especially in the advancement and career performance of military personnel, including police women.method: the present study was semi-experimental with a pre-test and post-test design with a control group in terms of the nature of the applied goal and research method. the statistical population of the research was formed by female police students in 1400, and 29 students were randomly selected and replaced in two experimental groups (15 people) and control groups (14 people). the instrument of data collection was spiritual intelligence questionnaire (badi et al., 2009) with cronbach's alpha of 0.85. to carry out the research, before the intervention, the research participants were asked to complete the spiritual intelligence questionnaire. then the experimental group was trained for 125 hours with the educational protocol of the velayat plan, and the control group did not receive any training. after the end of the sessions in the two experimental and control groups, the spiritual intelligence questionnaires were administered again and the data were analyzed with the analysis of covariance test in spss statistical software.results and conclusion: the research showed that teaching the velayat plan has a positive effect on the spiritual intelligence of students, and therefore, the training of the velayat plan can be effective in strengthening religious beliefs and improving the spiritual intelligence of students.
