پیش‌بینی سازگاری زناشویی بر اساس ساختار قدرت در خانواده با میانجی‌گری مثلث‌سازی در زوجین شاغل

زمینه و هدف: با افزایش اشتغال زنان، تحولاتی در ساختار قدرت خانواده و سازگاری بین زوجین رخ داده است. این مطالعه با هدف پیش‌بینی سازگاری زناشویی بر اساس ساختار قدرت در خانواده با میانجیگری مثلث‌سازی در زوجین شاغل انجام شد.روش: این پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع مطالعات همبستگی (تحلیل مسیر) است. جامعه‌ی پژوهش را زوجین شاغل در نیروهای مسلح شهر تهران در سال 1400-1399 تشکیل دادند و 300 زوج به روش نمونه‌گیری غیرتصادفی دردسترس انتخاب شدند. داده ها با کمک پرسشنامه‌های ساختارقدرت درخانواده (سعیدیان، 1382)، مثلث‌سازی (بهرامی و یوسفی، 1391)، و مقیاس سازگاری دو عضوی (گراهام اسپانیر، 1976)، به ترتیب با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ ساختار قدرت 78/0، مثلث سازی 80/0 و سازگاری 81/0 جمع آوری و با نرم‌افزار amos و spss تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد. یافته‌ها و نتایج: پژوهش نشان داد که ساختار قدرت خانواده تاثیر مستقیم مثبت بر سازگاری زناشویی (0/88= βو 0/01>p) دارد و مثلث‌سازی دارای نقش میانجی در بین ساختار قدرت خانواده و سازگاری زناشویی (0/04= βو 0/05>p) است.بنابراین هرچه ساختار قدرت در خانواده مشارکتی باشد، سازگاری زناشویی نیز بیشتر خواهد بود.

predicting marital compatibility based on the family power structure with mediation of working couples triangulation

background and aim: with the growth in women's employment, there have been changes in the power structure of the family and compatibility between couples. this study was conducted with the aim of predicting marital adjustment based on the power structure in the family with the mediation of triangulation in working couples. method: this research utilized a descriptive and correlation methodology (path analysis). the research population consisted of couples working in the armed forces at tehran in 2020-2021, and 300 couples were selected by non-random sampling. data were collected with the help of family power structure questionnaires (saeedian, 2003), triangulation (bahrami and yousefi, 2012) and member compatibility scale (graham spanier, 1976), with cronbach's alpha coefficient respectively, and were analyzed using amos and spss software. results: the research showed that family power structure has a direct positive effect on marital adjustment (β=0.88 and p<0.01) and triangulation has a mediating role between family power structure and marital adjustment (β=0.04 and p>0.05). conclusion: the results showed that the power structure of the family has a direct positive effect on marital adjustment. also, the investigation of the mediating role indicates that triangulation has a mediating role between family power structure and marital compatibility.
