چکیده    زﻣﯿﻨﻪ و ﻫﺪف: اﻣﺮوزه ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺑﺪن زﻧﺎن در ﺑﺴﯿﺎری از ﺟﻮاﻣﻊ ﺑﺮ ﺑﺨﺶﻫﺎی دﯾﮕﺮ از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ اﻣﻨﯿﺖ ﻓﻀﺎی رواﻧﯽ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮﮔﺬار اﺳﺖ. ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ اﯾﻦ، ﻧﻘﺶ رﺳﺎﻧﻪﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﻬﻢ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﮐﺮدن و دروﻧﯽ ﮐﺮدن ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﻫﺎی ﺗﺒﻠﯿﻐﯽ ﻏﯿﺮ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ اﻧﮑﺎر اﺳﺖ. ﻫﺪف اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺑﺪن و اﻣﻨﯿﺖ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ در ﺑﯿﻦ زﻧﺎن ﺷﻬﺮ ﺷﯿﺮاز ﺑﻮد. روش: اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ از ﻧﻮع ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎری را زﻧﺎن ﻣﺮاﺟﻌﻪ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﺑﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﮕﺎه ﻫﺎی ﺗﻨﺪرﺳﺘﯽ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺷﯿﺮاز در ﺳﺎل 1399ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ دادﻧﺪ و ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺟﺪول ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن، 384 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ و 340 ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺒﻨﺎی ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺑﺮای ﮔﺮدآوری داده، از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺼﺮف ر ﺳﺎﻧﻪ ای ﻣﺤﻤﻮدﯾﺎن و ﻫﻤﮑﺎران(2015)، ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺑﺪن ﺳﺮﻣﺪ و ﻫﻤﮑﺎران (2013) و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺗﻌﺪﯾﻞ ﺷﺪه اﻣﻨﯿﺖ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﺻﺤﺎﺑﯽ(2010) اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ رواﯾﯽ ﺻﻮری آن ﺗﻮﺳﻂ اﺳﺎﺗﯿﺪ و رواﯾﯽ ﻫﻤﮕﺮاﯾﯽ و واﮔﺮاﯾﯽ آن ﺑﺎ ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺎﯾﯿﺪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﯽ و ﻧﯿﺰ آزﻣﻮن آﻟﻔﺎی ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﻧﯿﺰ ﻣﯿﺰان ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﯽ)ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ 0/86 ،0/84 و 0/82( را ﻧﺸﺎن داد. ﺑﺮای ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ و اﺟﺮای ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار ﭘﯽ.ال.اس اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ و ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ: ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺑﺪن ﺑﺎ ﻧﻮع ﻣﺼﺮف رﺳﺎﻧﻪ و ﻧﯿﺰ اﻣﻨﯿﺖ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داری وﺟﻮد دارد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻣﺼﺮف رﺳﺎﻧﻪ در راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺑﺪن و اﻣﻨﯿﺖ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ، ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ دارد. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎد ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد ﮐﻪ رﺳﺎﻧﻪ ﻫﺎ، ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺑﺪن ﺳﺎﻟﻢ را ﺑﻪ ﺟﺎی ﺑﺪن زﯾﺒﺎ ﺗﺮوﯾﺞ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ ﺗﺎ زﻧﺎن، ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺑﺪن را ﻧﻪ درزﯾﺒﺎﯾﯽ ﻏﺮﺑﯽ ﮐﻪ در ﺗﻨﺎﺳﺐ اﻧﺪام ﻣﻨﺘﺞ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ و ﺷﺨﺼﯿﺖ ﻓﺮدی در ﻧﻈﺮ ﺑﮕﯿﺮﻧﺪ و از اﯾﻦ ﻃﺮﯾﻖ، اﻣﻨﯿﺖ آن ﻫﺎ ﺗﺎﻣﯿﻦ ﺷﻮد.

   The Relationship between of Body Management on Social Security with the Mediating role of Media Consumption of Women in Shiraz

Abstract    Today, body culture in many societies affects other sectors, including the security of the psychological space of society. In addition, the media as an important factor in the socialization and internalization of advertising cultures is undeniable. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between body management and social security among women in Shiraz. The present study was a descriptive survey that was collected in the field. The statistical population included women in Shiraz, 384 people were selected based on Morgan table, of which 340 questionnaires were analyzed. The media consumption questionnaire of Mahmoudian et al. (2015) and the body management questionnaire of Sarmad et al (2013) and the modified social security questionnaire of Sahabi (2010) were used to collect information. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between body management and the type of media consumption and social security. Media consumption is also effective in women’s understanding of social security. Finally, it seems that the choice of women’s body management style has been effective on its sense of security in society, so it is suggested that body management be considered not in Western beauty but in fitness resulting in health to ensure the security of the individual and society
