نیازسنجی مهارت های ارتباطی زنان پلیس و اولویت بندی آنها

ﭼﮑﯿﺪه زﻣﯿﻨﻪ و ﻫﺪف: ﺑﺮﻗﺮاری ارﺗﺒﺎط ﺻﺤﯿﺢ ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﻬﻢ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ اﻫﺪاف ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫﺎ اﺳﺖ و اﻣﺮی ﻣﻬﻢ در ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ، ﮐﺎرآﻣﺪی و اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺸﯽ آن ﻫﺎ ﻣﺤﺴﻮب ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد. ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻧﯿﺎزﺳﻨﺠﯽ ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎ ی ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ زﻧﺎن ﭘﻠﯿﺲ و اوﻟﻮﯾﺖ ﺑﻨﺪی آن ﻫﺎ ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. روش: اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدی و از ﻧﻈﺮ ﺷﯿﻮه اﺟﺮا، آﻣﯿﺨﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. اﺑﺰار ﮔﺮدآور ی ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ، 22 ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﻧﯿﻤﻪ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ و در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﻤﯽ 175 ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺒﻨﺎی ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎی ﮐﯿﻔﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ را در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ، ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن، ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎن و اﺳﺎﺗﯿﺪ داﻧﺸﮕﺎﻫﯽ آﺷﻨﺎ ﺑﺎ ﺣﻮزه ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ زﻧﺎن ﭘﻠﯿﺲ و ﻣﺒﺎﺣﺚ ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎی ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ و در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﻤﯽ، زﻧﺎن ﭘﻠﯿﺲ ﺷﺎﻏﻞ در ﭘﻠﯿﺲ ﭘﯿﺸﮕﯿﺮی ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪﻫﯽ اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ ﺗﻬﺮات ﺑﺰرگ(ﻓﺎﺗﺐ) ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ داده و ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ 175 ﻧﻔﺮی از آن ﻫﺎ ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﺟﺪول ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن، ﺑﺎ ﮐﻤﮏ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ روا و ﭘﺎﯾﺎ(آﻟﻔﺎی ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ 0/79)، ﻣﻮرد ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﺑﺮای ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ وﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ ﻧﯿﺰ از ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ، درﺻﺪ، ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﺑﺎر ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ، ﺧﯽ دو و ﻓﺮﯾﺪﻣﻦ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ و ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ: ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﮐﺪﮔﺬاری و ﻣﻘﻮﻟﻪ ﺑﻨﺪی ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎی ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ، ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ 28 ﻧﯿﺎز ﻣﻬﺎرت ارﺗﺒﺎط زﻧﺎن ﭘﻠﯿﺲ در ﺳﻪ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻓﺮدی، درون ﻓﺮدی و ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﻮد. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﻤﯽ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر اوﻟﻮﯾﺖ ﺑﻨﺪی و ﺗﺎﺋﯿﺪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه ﻧﯿﺰ ﻧﺸﺎن داد، ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﯿﺎزﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﻫﻤﭽﻮن »اﺣﺘﺮام ﺑﻪ ﺣﺮﯾﻢ ﺷﺨﺼﯽ ، ﻧﯿﺎز ﺑﻪ «ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﺧﺸﻢ» و ﻧﯿﺎز ﺑﻪ «اﻧﺠﺎم وﻇﯿﻔﻪ و ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖ ﭘﺬﯾﺮی» از ﺳﻮی ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻫﺪف ﻣﻮرد ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. واژه ﻫﺎی ﮐﻠﯿﺪی ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎی ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ، زﻧﺎن ﭘﻠﯿﺲ، ﻧﯿﺎزﺳﻨﺠﯽ، ارﺗﺒﺎط، وﻇﯿﻔﻪ

Assessing the communication skills of women police officers and prioritizing them

Background and Aim: Proper communication is one of the most important goals of organizations and is important in their development, efficiency and effectiveness. The aim of this study was to assess the needs and prioritize the saw skills required by women police officers.Research Method: The research approach is inductive reasoning with experimental philosophy and in terms of practical purpose, the type of research data is mixed. The research collection tool in the qualitative part is 22 semi-structured interviews and in the quantitative part 175 researcher-made questionnaires are based on qualitative findings. The target population in the qualitative sector included experts, experts and university professors familiar with the field of police women and communication skills issues, and in the quantitative sector, female police officers working in the Fa Tab in two units and the building of the Prevention Unit. Morgan table sample size was determined. Mean, percentage, factor loading, Chi-square and Friedman were used for analysis.Findings: The result of coding and categorizing the findings of the qualitative section was identifying 28 needs for police communication skills in three dimensions: interpersonal, interpersonal and organizational.Conclusion: The results of the quantitative section, which was done in order to prioritize and confirm the results of the qualitative section, showed that among the interpersonal needs, the need for &respect for privacy& is the first priority, and among the interpersonal needs, the need for &anger control&. &Duty and responsibility& are the first priority
