ضرورت های برگزاری المپیاد ورزشی پلیس زن با رویکرد کیفی

زمینه و هدف: باتوجه به اهمیت زنان در جامعه و به‌خصوص در نیروی انتظامی، هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی عوامل تاثیرگذار بر ضرورت برگزاری المپیاد ورزشی ویژه زنان پلیس در نیروی انتظامی است. روش: این پژوهش کیفی است و با روش نظریه داده بنیاد و رویکرد گلیزر اجرا شد. ماهیت پژوهش اکتشافی و با هدف شناخت ضرورت‌های برگزاری المپیاد ورزشی پلیس‌ زن انجام گردید. جامعه آماری پژوهش را اعضای هیئت علمی گروه روان‌شناسی، مدیریت ورزشی و پلیس‌های زن نیروی‌انتظامی تشکیل دادند و نمونه 18 نفری از آن‎ها به صورت هدفمند تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری، مورد پرسش قرار گرفتند. پس از اجرای تمامی مصاحبه‌ها، مطالب گردآوری شده به دقت مطالعه شد و داده‌های حاصل از اجرای آن در سه گام اصلی کدگذاری باز (مفاهیم)، محوری (مقوله فرعی) و انتخابی (مقوله اصلی) قرار گرفت. برای تعیین روایی پژوهش از مقبولیت، قابلیت انتقال و تاییدپذیری استفاده شد و پایایی آن با روش توافق بین دو کدگذار 85/0 تعیین شد.یافته‌ها و نتایج: در این پژوهش، تعداد 42 کد اولیه به دست آمد که در سه مقوله اصلی تقویت ارزش‌‌ها، بهبود سلامت و توسعه شغل جای گرفتند. در بخش تقویت ارزش‌ها، دو مقوله ارزش‌های فرهنگی و ارزش‌های اجتماعی، در بخش بهبود سلامت، سلامت جسمانی و سلامت روانی و در بخش توسعه شغل، عوامل فردی و عوامل سازمانی شناسایی شدند. از جمله ضرورت‌های برگزاری المپیاد ورزشی زنان پلیس، تقویت هویت اسلامی، افزایش وجهه عمومی پلیس، کسب تجربه تیمی، کاهش استرس شغلی، افزایش خودآگاهی، بهبود عملکرد ذهنی و جلوگیری از تحلیل رفتگی در شغل هستند.

Necessities of holding a female police sports olympiad with a qualitative approach

AbstractBackground and Aim: Considering the importance of women in society and especially in the police force, the purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting the need to hold a special sports olympiad for police women in the police force.Method: This is a qualitative research and was conducted using the data theory method and Glaser approach. The nature of exploratory research was conducted with the aim of recognizing the necessities of holding a female police sports olympiad. The statistical population of the study consisted of faculty members of the Department of Psychology, Sports Management and female police officers of the police force, and a sample of 18 of them were purposefully interviewed to achieve theoretical saturation. To determine the validity of the research, acceptability, transferability and verifiability were used and its reliability was determined by agreement between two coders as 0.85.Findings and Results: In this study, 42 initial codes were obtained which were placed in three main categories of value enhancement, health improvement and job development. In the section of strengthening values, two categories of cultural values ​​and social values, in the section of improving health, physical health and mental health, and in the section of job development, individual and organizational factors were identified. Among the necessities of holding the Women’s Police Sports Olympiad are strengthening the Islamic identity, increasing the public image of the police, gaining team experience, reducing job stress, increasing self-awareness, improving mental performance and preventing burnout.
