عوامل موثر بر ارتکاب جرائم خرده فروشی و توزیع مواد مخدر در بین زنان شهرستان سمنان

زمینه و هدف: افزایش تعداد زنانی که به خرده فروشی و توزیع مواد مخدر روی آورده‌اند، تهدیدی جدی برای سلامت و امنیت جامعه در سال‌های اخیر به شمار می‌رود. تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی عوامل موثر بر ارتکاب جرائم خرده فروشی و توزیع مواد مخدر در بین زنان شهرستان سمنان انجام شد.روش: این پژوهش کیفی با روش داده بنیاد(رویکرد اشتراوس و کوربین)انجام شد. مشارکت کنندگان در پژوهش، 17 نفر از زنانی بودند که به جرم خرده فروشی مواد مخدر در سمنان زندانی بودند، برای تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار maxqda استفاده شد. یافته ها و نتایج: پژوهش نشان داد عوامل علّی عبارتند از: خانواده ناکارآمد، فقر، بیکاری، دوستان ناسالم، عوامل زمینه‌ای عبارتند از: خشونت و آزار نهادینه شده، نابرابری درآمد، محرومیت در دسترسی به امکانات آموزشی،اعتیاد اعضای خانواده،محل سکونت و حاشیه نشینی، مصرف مواد مخدر، زندگی پرمخاطره، ماجراجویی؛ شرایط مداخله گر نیز عبارتند از تبعیت و همراهی با همسر مجرم،تولد و زندگی در خانواده های نابسامان،عدم اطلاع کافی از جرائم مواد مخدر و روانگردان،ضعف در قوانین موجود و فضای مجازی. در مقابله با چنین شرایطی، آنها راهبردهای انتخاب سبک زندگی مجرمانه، دلبستگی به دوستان بزهکار و ترک خانواده و تلاش برای ترک جرم را در پیش گرفته اند.

Factors affecting the commission of retail crimes and drug distribution among women in Semnan

Background and Aim: The increase in the number of women who have turned to retail and distribution of drugs is a serious threat to the health and security of society in recent years. The aim of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the commission of retail crimes and drug distribution among women in Semnan.Method: This research was conducted in the framework of qualitative approach and data foundation research method (Strauss and Corbin approach). Statistical population: 17 women who were imprisoned in Semnan prison for retail and distribution of drugs at the time of the investigation were selected as members of the statistical sample using the snowball method until they reached theoretical saturation. In the present study, MAXQDA software was used to analyze the data.Findings: Causal factors include: dysfunctional family, poverty, unemployment, unhealthy friends, underlying factors are: institutionalized violence and harassment, income inequality, deprivation of access to educational facilities, addiction of family members, residence and marginalization. Sitting, drug use, risky life, adventure and finally intervening conditions also include obedience and companionship with the offender, birth and living in troubled families, lack of knowledge about drug and psychedelic crimes, weakness in existing laws and space virtualConclusion: The results showed that the strategies and interactions that women have faced in the face of criminal life conditions and lifestyles, in the form of criminal lifestyle strategies, attachment to delinquent friends and leaving family and trying to leave crime and Consequences also included individual, social, and familial consequences
