بازشناسی راهبردهای اطلاعاتی در پی‌جویی جرم قاچاق زنان در قلمرو اتحادیه آفریقا با تاکید برکنوانسیون‌های بین‌المللی

زمینه و هدف: پی جویی و کشف جرم قاچاق زنان از مهم‌ترین اقدامات دولت‌ها و جامعه بین‌المللی است و دستگاه‌های امنیتی و قضایی برای پیشگیری و مقابله هوشمندانه با این پدیده نیازمند بهره برداری از سازو کارهای موثر و راهبردی بوده هستند. این مطالعه با هدف تبیین مهم‌ترین راهبردهای اطلاعاتی در پی‌جویی و کشف جرم قاچاق زنان با نگاهی به کنوانسیون‌های بین‌المللی صورت گرفته است.روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی- تحلیلی است که با رویکرد اسنادی و تطبیقی، پیرامون تبیین و بازشناسی راهبردهای اطلاعاتی موثر در پی جویی و کشف جرم قاچاق زنان در قلمرو اتحادیه آفریقا با استفاده از مطالعات پژوهشی و با تکیه بر اسناد بین المللی صورت گرفته است.یافته ها و نتایج: پژوهش نشان داد که تبیین و بازشناسی راهبردهای اطلاعاتی و پلیسی ملی و بین‌المللی از مهم‌ترین دستاوردهای پی‌جویی و کشف جرم قاچاق زنان در قلمرو کشورهای آسیایی و اتحادیه آفریقا به ویژه سند الحاقی به اساسنامه دیوان آفریقا بوده و به نظر می‌رسد سازمان‌های اطلاعاتی و پلیسی و دستگاه قضایی، علاوه بر بهره‌گیری از ظرفیت‌های کنوانسیون ها، مقاوله‌نامه و اسناد بین‌المللی از راهبردهای اطلاعاتی به عنوان راهبردهای نوین در پی‌جویی جرائم قاچاق زنان بهره برند.

Recognizing Intelligence Strategies in the Pursuit of the Crime of Trafficking in Women in the Territory of the African Union with Emphasis on International Conventions

Background and Aim: Investigating and detecting the crime of trafficking in women is one of the most important actions of governments and the international community. The most important intelligence strategies in the search for and detection of trafficking in women have been done by looking at international conventions.Method: The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptiveanalytical in terms of method. Fishing tools have also been used to collect data.Conclusion: Explaining and recognizing national and international intelligence and police strategies is one of the most important achievements in the pursuit and detection of trafficking in women, especially in the territory of Asian countries and the African Union, especially the annex to the Statute of the African Court. In addition to exploiting the capacities of conventions, conventions and international documents, the judiciary has used intelligence strategies as new and groundbreaking strategies in the pursuit of trafficking in women, and it is essential that intelligence and international policymakers and activists in the fight against trafficking in women Consider these policeintelligence and legal strategies as a general and strategic principle in the pursuit and rapid detection of the crime of trafficking in women.
